If you were out of the gluten free sandwiches, I would have rather had my money back than have someone stick something else, gluten, in my bag without telling me.

Ordered 2 different coolers and received hot coffee. Called the store and the barista insisted on arguing with me about what I ordered
Went through the drive thru to get a drip coffee and a latte. After we were back on the road I tasted my drip and it was lukewarm, not hot. Disappointing. Latte was good though.

This morning I went through the drive through and was so happy with my service! They were friendly, make great coffee and made sure I had some napkins for my food.
I only use Caribou out of convenience and timing. I anticipate a lesser quality beverage. This location on this day proved me wrong. They provided a nice afternoon coffee on this trip. The physical store space was a bit unkempt with water on the floor in the ordering area. The staff was pleasant and worked quickly. This location is worth recalling when I'm in that area.
I got a fair latte here, but I miss their chocolate chip cookies (no longer available).

Stopped in for morning fix. Was greeted and taken care of swiftly. Mavia was so sweet !!! Computer issue at the register and she was calm , and ended up giving me my coffee on the house. I miss customer service like this .. its been far too long. Thank you for a pleasant start to my day Mavia ❤
