The service wasn't good at all. The employees all had attitudes towards me and there was a hair in my coffee. I don't recommend.

My hot Hawkeye golds have been bitter lately and since I made it all the way home I just added sugar but now I’m thinking the barista just needed to stir it up more? I love your coffee so I just wanted to let you guys know my experience lately.

I really believe red rose has found who they are as a coffee stop! I enjoy coming by and getting their bagel sandwiches and a coffee or their Galaxy Blasters. I usually always have good experience coming through yet the other week I had come by and asked for a iced chai and small cotton candy smoothie, and I got asked about 3 times what I wanted while I waited for my drinks. Once I finally got them I got a tiny cup for the cotton candy shake and the chai ended up being hot. I didn't let it bother me to much since I could tell that the two girls who were there that day were new and stressed by the amount of cars. But normally they are amazing at taking your order down correctly and I do recommend stopping by if you get the chance!
I love the ladies that work here!!! They know exactly what I want when I pull up. The coffee is amazing and the food is soooo good!!!!! It's a crazing now lol
They've nearly become a daily rescue for my breakfast and coffee needs, staff is always friendly and our dogs look forward to it everytime we show up for the attention and treats~
