Very nice place to shop for sweets and local grown favorites. Really friendly staff.
Look cute, but taste is lacking. Not sure how it has such high rating (assuming small community helped with the rating). Had them at a wedding and was not impressed. Cake was heavy and bland.
Couldn't ask for better service, our cake was amazing and the cakeballs are the best.
I've only been there once. With that said, there was a poor selection. And what I got was dry enough not to ever want to go back.
Restaurant was relatively quiet.

Lulu's bakery is the best bakery by far for miles and miles around it is a very exceptional wonderful place and experience to walk into if you don't live in town but you come to visit here sometimes in Centerville Iowa you must make it up stop that I know you will enjoy she's the best at everything she does. I recommend this to anyone looking for good coffee and sweets and whatever else she has so much in there that you'll find something you will enjoy it's just lovely wonderful and she is the best!!

Good food good service
A little more than a week ago, my two friends and I happened by this incredibly delightful little shop! Just as amazing and delightful as the shop, the owner intrigued us with anecdote after anecdote. Don't forget to ask her about her grandfather, the former sheriff of the town, her dad, the deputy, and her grandmother, who prepared meals for the prisoners. I guess its only fitting that in this town that epitomizes small town USA would boast characters that literally mirrored the Andy Griffith Show! Anyway, I digress...as far as the product they sell....if heaven itself has a bakery, I'm sure the recipes came directly from this little shop! Cookies that melt in your mouth. Cupcakes that are so moist and tasty, it almost seems like a sin to eat them! If we ever go back to this town, we will be placing a special order so that we can bring home their goodness by the joyful. This place is too good to not share with the world!

Their main items are cupcakes ( huge variety of flavors combinations) but they also create a wide variety of specialty cakes for any occasion. Personalized service is forefront here.
We LOVE LULA'S! I have never tasted such delicious cupcakes in my life, and I am a huge sweets junkie! I love that Lora is always switching up flavors and trying new things at the bakery. Great service and always waited on with a smile on everyone's faces. Lora puts her heart and soul into baking at her shop not to mention the atmosphere is dynamite! Keep it up!
