Real good cinnamon rolls

Great pastries and lunch items. Fresh and homemade by owner. Friendly service. Wish they offered at least one gluten free item even if it was not homemade and offer a gluten free bread option for toast or sandwiches.
We had a cup of hot coffee and we bought several pastries to enjoy at home. Would highly recommend it.
GREAT coffee shop. Old school amazing ceiling. Have some serious baked goods that are fresh daily. My two youngest LOVED their monster M&M chocolate chip cookie. (Big enough to split). Had their raspberry coffee and it was delicious. A lot of coffee spots get their flavored coffees wrong but Grounds & Goodies nail it. I'll for sure be back!
I live in CA and ordered a gift card to be sent to a person i know that lives in Anamosa. Unfortunately, i gave the owner an incorrect home address. When i called to see what they could do for me, the owner was more than happy to deliver a new gift card to the correct address. I can’t say enough thanks for how easy it was for me, even though i messed up with the address. Outstanding ownership and establishment!!

A Grounds & Goodies sheet cake was provided for a church event and it is second to none! Our guests raved about how good it was. Thick, moist, rich in flavor, and fair pricing. It's a pleasure to recommend G & G as local "go-to" for anything sweet and homemade! Sweet sentiments to you, Mary, and your little elves at the shop, too.
The everything bagel with ham and cream cheese is delicious! There are also a large variety of coffees and Italian sodas. Their regular lunches are available daily, then they throw in a special at least once a week. Mary also does made to order cakes!
The hot mocha didn't have much taste. I ordered bagel with creamcheese had to spread creamcheese on myself and bagel was Stale?! Probably won't go back

Great coffee and super sweet employees really cute little shop definitely would come back here the only thing that I would ask is that employees and guests wear masks great and I know that it has become a little more relaxed

Great coffee, and delicious pastries; Everytime I have been there, the barista's are SO friendly and accommodating. If you like coffee, you should give it a try, if you don't like coffee, that's just weird...
