In town visiting my Mother-in-law and so excited to find The Spot! Nice to bring a modern flair to Akron. Wanted to try all sorts of things since I’m not here long. So glad I did! LOVED the flatbread and quiche. Had the blueberry crumble tonight- yum and the muffins and strawberry scone will be eaten tomorrow. Great service and so friendly!

Visited this morning for the first time since they opened. Wonderful people, very kind and considerate. The mocha frappe was delicious! It was so nice to have a frappe that wasn't entirely ice or too thick like a malt. You could taste the coffee in the frappe and it didn't taste like pure sugar like most frappes. I got a lunch sandwich for breakfast, the tuna melt panini, that was incredible. I'm picky about my tuna sandwiches and this exceeded all expectations. I plan on going back very soon, and encourage anyone and everyone to give this place a shot. Sandwich prices were higher than expected, but it is a Cafe and the prices reflect that. So nothing surprising. Wonderful little place in a great town. Thank you so much!

Love there frappe’s and food… very friendly, wish they were open more in the evenings.
We got the 48, the Westerner, a berry smoothie, and an iced coffee. They were all exceptional and absolutely perfect. Loved it!
