This is a great addition to their Griffith location. Whiting is an awesome community and deserves an awesome coffee shop like Grindhouse.

We all had coffee. Mine was with Carmel, no sugar, it was so delicious.
This was a great discovery. I had business in Whiting and had an hour to kill. This is a great place to hang out and have a great cup of coffee and a some lunch.

Last week I got some boxed lunches, from some catering company. I didn't realize where they were from until after. Let me tell you, probably two of the best sandwiches, I've had in a long time. I work in the West Loop, Turkey and Chicken Salad were so good. Not sure if it was the apple in the Turkey, the dressing in the Chicken, but they were equally good. I'll be stopping by to try a few more. Pretzel bun, so good.
First time dining , I would recommend. Nice and cozy atmosphere. They have a water dispenser if needed . Friendly staff.
I love getting their breakfast, especially the cookies and scones. The coffee is really good as well! I highly recommend getting breakfast or lunch from there!
It was good. Had the Irish cream. It was great. It was the only coffee shop that was open on president day. It was a nice experience.
Ochaco and I had just finished a lunch of greasy tacos and decided we needed a dessert. The name of the Cafe was appealing so we stopped in. The space is quaint and smells divine of rich coffee beans. The staff was extremely friendly, patient, and willing to offer up suggestions- she got a latte, I ordered a smoothie, and we shared a cookie. The drinks were refreshing and one of the best aspects of the Cafe is the music! Such a great soundtrack of alternative and punk rock hits. That is not to say that it is distracting. We easily were able to work on our projects and devise our next adventure.
Grindhouse Cafe is one of the top cafes I've had the pleasure of visiting. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The decor is edgy and modern, with a fun and creative vibe that really sets it apart from other cafes. But of course, what really sets Grindhouse Cafe apart is the quality of the food and drinks. The coffee is absolutely amazing - perfectly roasted and brewed, with a rich and robust flavor that is sure to satisfy even the most discerning coffee connoisseur. And the food is equally impressive - whether you're in the mood for a light breakfast or a hearty lunch, there's something on the menu to suit your tastes. But what really makes Grindhouse Cafe special is the people. The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to offer advice or recommendations on what to order. And the customers are equally welcoming, creating a community atmosphere that is truly unique. In short, if you're looking for a top-notch cafe with great food, excellent coffee, and a fun and friendly atmosphere, you can't go wrong with Grindhouse Cafe. I highly recommend it!
