Great coffee and food in a pleasant setting.
Visit on occasion. Great staff, good coffee, and decent food. However, if I pay $6 for a bunt cake, it had better be delicious.
My husband and I were visiting Hamilton Co. during a baseball tourney, I wanted a great local coffee and rivet did not disappoint! We met the owner who explained Rivet and it’s own roasters and delicious handmade breakfast delights! We both ordered the dulce de leche cold brew and it was beyond delicious and a treat I look forward to coming back and trying asap!
40 minutes to get your dine in order and then it arrives cold!! When I did inquire about the food after 30 mins, I was told it would take 10 more minutes. Upon expressing my surprise, at their turnaround time, the server asked me if we wanted it to be made into a “to-go order”. When it did come after 40 mins, it felt like it was kept for a long time on hot plate between the time it was prepared and the time it was served, as the plate was hot, but the food was not. We actually had to request them to reheat it. Apart from that, no water is even offered or served. There is no assorted condiment tray, even a basic one with salt and pepper shaker on the table. The server did apologise and extended a $5 gift card, which I returned graciously, as I will not be returning to this place. It’s better that they use it for someone who is much more accepting of their disappointing service standards. Honestly I had been waiting to try their food, which turned out to be decent, but they need to get their service in order for me to ever think of trying this place again.
Such a cute and quaint place! Food and coffee was amazing, and the staff was so nice! I will definitely be going back.
So so beautiful with wonderful staff. Creative yummy food options with a lot of outdoor seating. It is a tad expensive and has limited, okay non-coffee options, so I don’t come as often as I would like. The Sarah Lee Special (pictured) was delicious!
Nice little coffee shop with friendly staff. Difficult to find seating inside if you go during typical rush times, so be prepared to order to go.
Good Liege waffles; worth a try, not your normal Belgian waffle.
Very cute & cozy place for coffee & food with a good hangout or working atmosphere.
My boyfriend and I visited Rivet Coffee today at the recommendation of a friend. We are SO happy we did. The owner and all of the employees were so friendly and attentive. My latte miel was perfect, with the flavors complementing each other well. My boyfriend ordered the blue jasmine tea, which according to him was very flavorful and the best jasmine he’s had. We’ll definitely be back! I’m
I've had multiple espresso drinks, the avocado toast, and the nova lox open sandwich/toast. Everything has been phenomenal.
I'm a chai tea latte connoisseur; the Masala was one of the best I've ever had.
Hands down my favorite coffee spot in Indianapolis. The food combo with truly perfect coffee makes for a lovely experience. The avocado toast is INSANE. Gosh it’s so good.
First time here, the drinks are great however the Sausage Strata is amazing! Staff are cool and efficient. Highly recommend.
Best Coffee Roaster in all of greater Indianapolis. Amazing breakfast/brunch food options too! Can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.
Love this spot. The parking, not so much, but it’s still worth going! The coffee is great and the atmosphere is so cozy!
This place slaps. Only high-tier coffee shop on the north side (outside of downtown, even) that I’ve visited. Their food is excellent also, but service is very slow during busy times (specifically Saturday mornings). Come very early (7am) if you want to get a table comfortably. Also, it’s a good place to go if you are the type that like to eavesdrop. People have some really dumb and some really spicy stories in here. They also roast the ONLY good beans I have yet to find in all of Indianapolis. I have tried every roastery in the city for my espresso, and no other shops come anywhere near Rivet. I am a regular in the shop for drinks and for the beans. I highly recommend rivet for a good breakfast and coffee as well as their beans.
I actually spent a few hours there catching up with an old friend...very friendly staff, excellent food and an "old hangout" feel.
First time going today I was more than pleased with the wonderful service I got 😊 Delicious coffee and very tasty blueberry crumble muffin! I will definitely be going back and continue to support this small business. Anybody who is a coffee lover will really enjoy this place.
I love this place. Locally owned and operated. The staff is always so friendly. They roast the beans on site and the coffee is delicious!
