No warning signs on the door that it is takeout only.
I did not receive my doggie bagel i had mobile ordered. nor did i receive a refund for the item.
Chese and everything bagel sandwich are good
Bagels seem to keep getting smaller as the prices rise. no longer carry the salmon schmeer. Sullen staff at times
The dining room is permanently closed. They are take out only.
I wanted to pickup a few bagels for home. Got there 20 minutes before they closed and was told they are no longer fulfilling orders. Even if I just want bagels I asked. Yes I was told. Wow. Not great customer service. Reached out as suggested. Twice actually. No Response. Disappointing.
Horrible ahh service tbh took forever. My friend didnt even get her bummy ahh order ong. They told her someone took it but it was legit never made or called out. Also they were rlly rude and told my friend who just got out of surgery to not lean on a table. They told my other friend to stop eating like boi this is a restaurant u should be allowed to eat tbh. Their cold brew is sour and their avocado is like Artifical Intelligence idk dont comd. We were waiting for 45 minutes and when we were leaving it was 12 so they closed. That meant we had to use the other door but it was stuck. I asked them to open the door and received so much unnecessary attitude for no reason. They didn't ever thank us for service. Yall bitter and ungrateful... bye mami albert wouldnt approve
Closes too early but the bagels are one of a kind.
I like this place and the variety of freshly baked bagels and the shmear they got! We went there around 10:30 AM and the service was pretty quick and only takeout was available.

The bagel was good but I ordered double toasted and it was not even toasted once.
It’s good, but it is a little below the typical Einstein Bros. Experience. It maybe because they are short staffed, but they are one of a couple places that do not allow dine in now (10/22). No patio seating. So refills.
Does not appear to be open at 6AM. Actually just saving energy (?) by having minimal lights on, didn't put chairs down, etc. Not sure that is a good way to attract customers. We drove by and passed.
I've came here 10 mins before they close before there food is good but I come in 15 mins before you close and you're telling me you can't take anymore orders then close at 1145 not 12 I wouldn't waste my time going there if it's going to be like that

I have tasted Einstein Bros Bagels few times at other places and they have been really good. But this experience at West Lafayette store wasn’t upto the mark I felt. The Everything bagel wasn’t soft as I have had before and the spread was little less I thought. The store is large and has good crowd on Weekends, so I’m sure they are pretty good and I will definitely visit again and change my review if I get better service next time.
Love everything about this place,( except that I don't have one in my neighborhood) ! Food is very tasty, and there are lots of options. Bagels, muffins,eggs, sandwiches... They also offer some very good deals . We ordered the breakfast brunch box- a great price for all the food we received. The staff is wonderful. I have been in this store many times, and everyone is ALWAYS friendly, helpful, and courteous.
Best bagels ever. They are so soft and delicious.
I love Einstein bagels but rarely go. They're slow. Extremely slow. Waited 40 minutes in line. 2nd from the counter and they announced cash only. Focused on online orders while people just stood waiting to order.
Great deals on Mondays. Wish they were open later in the day.
