First time inside. Very nice
I like copper Moon. Good coffee, friendly people, nice atmosphere. I'm not sure why it isn't busier, but there's always a seat available!

Great coffee short staffed waited 45 min inside got my order wrong but for the price no complaints from me will definitely go back

I got the iced American with sugar free vanilla and half and half and I have to say it was the best dang ice coffee I've had in a long time. If there coffee wasn't 5 bucks for a large I would stop here every morning!
This used to be my favorite coffee place in town, but my recent visits are so disappointing. They used to have the best latte. Last week, I got a latte like a cappuccino, and the latte I got this morning was so hot that burned my tongue. I’m not sure if it is because of staff changing or something else. The quality of the coffee is very inconsistent.
The servers here are amazing and so friendly. I've only been thrilled the drive thru but always get great service. Also they carry Mary Lou donuts unless they've run out for the day. So nice that we have a local company with great service and products.

It's a great little place to tuck away and meet with friends and study. The coffee and drinks are excellent.
I have never had the food, but their coffee is absolutely amazing! Frappe is so smooth and if you get an extra shot of espresso in it , it's not harsh or bitter.
I sat there waiting for somebody to take my order for almost ten minutes, but the coffee was really good.
I used to love this place and go every Tuesday, but I’ll never go back again after this. This Tuesday I got a sandwich and a lemonade like usual, but I got awful food poisoning not even 3 hours after eating my sandwich. I know the food poisoning was from here because I haven’t eaten anything prior that morning and the sandwich with lemonade was my lunch, like every other week. I’m just starting to feel better two days later but I also missed two days of work. I seriously hope they aren’t making anyone else sick with their food this week.

Waited 20 minutes for a drink to be made eventually just had okay drop coffee The process is broken, store is laid out inefficiently for staff to perform tasks in a timely manner. I would prefer to support local, just can't afford to wait 30 minutes. To put this in perspective in those 20 minutes they served 4 hot drinks in the store. There were 3 customer in the store when I ordered and one in the drive thru.
The food and coffee is great! The wait is unreasonable. If you're not in a rush, I would highly recommend Copper Moon. If you're trying to get to work or church and are in a bit of a rush, it's not a great choice. Even when the line is empty, you can expect to wait longer than you would at Starbucks in a line of 5 people. I do love the seasonal drinks at Copper Moon, but another major downside is the cost. Copper Moon is much more expensive than Java Jo'z, which is not very far down the road.
I'll pick this place over that other leading coffee shop any day!
Rhe coffee has greatly improved over the last few visits. I hope this keeps up
