I’ve honestly tried to give this location a chance so many times but every time I go I get an awful overly priced drink :(
I am from Ohio where we have a lot of Biggbys. This is the worst I have been to. Never charged for a pup cup from the 5 I always go to (Crown Point, 3 in Fort Wayne, IN, and Defiance OH) until I came here. On the $1.99 day I got three drinks. I gave them my rewards card which has 9 points on it. She said she scanned it. My next drink was suppose to be free but when I went, they said I only had 10 points. I also tried to pay half in cash and the rest on card since i had some cash on me, but the person handed the cash back and put it on my card after I said I wanted it split. I was so excited to have a Biggby closer to home(Crete) because it is what I grew up on in NE Indiana and NW Ohio. I guess I'll be going the extra 10 miles to Crown Point.
We met the owner and he is very nice! We have been there several times now and the staff is alway very nice. They are still new so give them grace with time as they are busy. Probably my favorite coffee in the area so far.

So excited to have a Biggby in town. The staff did a great job with the drinks even though the shop was really busy. Cute space to hang out inside, most Biggby’s are drive thru only.
We are so excited Biggby came to St. John! It is a beautiful lobby, great staff and phenomenal coffees AND Bragel sandwiches! And the owner is such a nice guy!
Over a 30 minute waiting for breakfast sandwiches and coffee on a Saturday late morning (5/13/2023). The egg portion was ice cold in the center of the sandwiches. This place is newly opened and the lobby people got waited on in about 10 minutes. Absolutely, the worst drive thru experience in my 60 year’s experience with drive thru…recommend to avoid this place at all costs, for about 3 months, until they get the “stuff/operations” together…Dunkin’ Donuts and McDonald’s are very close and nearby and would be a great alternative for the time being.
Great coffee, waiting time has drastically improved since opening.
Tried the German Mocha Latte and it was great! Had a chance to meet the owner and he was very pleasant. Had a hard time finding the app on Android but he helped me out getting my rewards

Waited in line for 30 mins. No urgency. My order was wrong.
I came here on 5/3/23 for the $1.99 any size drink deal, and I was charged $27.13 for THREE DRINKS. I was not told the total until the cashier had already swiped my card. When I asked why it was so high, he got rude and claimed that it was supposed to be like that. The only other thing I ordered was the ham and cheese bagel so there was no way I should have been charged almost $30. The guy at the register finally listened to me when I asked for an itemized receipt. I was still charged the $27.13 to my card and he asked me to pay another $13.87 since he had supposedly voided it. Never going back here again because they were obviously not trained how to handle cash. Extremely disappointed.
