Don’t bother going here if you’re allergic to anything- no matter how many times i request almond or oat milk I still end up with regular milk and a severe allergic reaction. Seems like you almost have to threaten to sue just to make sure you make it through the day alive
Went to Cheers pub and had to park in the Biggby lot. Of course I didn't drink and drive, so I called an Uber. Just went to pick up the car and found out it got towed. -$150 for trying to be responsible.
Had some unpredictable hours during Covid but doing better now.
The usual Biggby experience, absolutely outstanding! My only complaint with this particular location is the parking is ridiculous. Other that that exactly what I e come to expect from this all-star gourmet coffee company
I Have Never Been A Little Coffee Shop Person But Biggby Got Me For The First Time. How Could I Not?!? I Am Right Up The Street, Their Different Types Coffee Is Amazing, Bagels Are OMG, And Service Is Exception! I've Visited More Than I Planned To And That's Okay! Thank You Biggby For Being Awesome!! Next Time I Come I Need To Buy A Cup lol
Rolled through one morning to get my caffeine fix and was greeted by the rudest most inept child i have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. It was just after opening and they were somehow out of everything or the device needed was broken. I said it sounded like the needed to fire the manager and she said she was the manager! I asked her name and she said “Maddie” so told her she should look for another line of work. Then the attitude started and she refused to serve me and told me to leave! Who ever owns this place is just asking for trouble employing managers like this. Pathetic!
Ladies were super friendly and the food was great. Frozen hot chocolate was great and the chocolate chip cookie freeze was to die for!
Loved my frozen butter bear drink! Staff was friendly as well. Parking lot is a little small, other than that its great.

The younger white girl that works the window that takes your order has THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU CAN ASK FOR. She literally said she hates her job because customers like me all because she didn’t hear me say on everything bagel and boy did she get mad..Fire her because she doesn’t wanna work the job anyways she told me..

The last two times I’ve gone to this location, the store was just closed during their open hours. I sat at the drive thru for 15 minutes on a Sunday at 10am and drove up to the window with no one to be found. Same situation happened a week ago on a weekday afternoon. No communication, just closed. The afternoon instance, there was a sign on the drive-through window (not a window that you could see when waiting to order) that they would “be back soon“.
