Very knowledgeable and helpful staff willing to explain everything in detail to ensure you make the right choice and are comfortable with it. My kids love their baked goods (undosed of course) and they have killer Mocha Frappes
To be honest, I found myself a bit shocked to find a shop like this in good old Rensselaer, but I suppose it goes to show how long it's been since I've been in town. I stopped in on a whim after work, and found myself surprised not only at the large amounts of Delta and CBD products they had, but the ingenuity as well. For instance, The Baked Bean combines their hemp additives with fresh ground coffee to give people an "Infused K-Cup" option, which I think is a legitimately great product for people. There's a variety of difference "balances" in the K-Cups, with Delta, CBD, or other mixes and amounts to give people the right amount of kick to start (and survive) the day. I've attached a picture of the display here if you're interested in more, but if you find your bones are particularly achy in the morning this might be just what you need. There's plenty of other options and items as well, depending on what you're looking for. For the purposes of my stop though, I had my heart set on the Green Crack. I had initially intended to grab a coffee, but the Green Crack is your traditional green Monster energy Drink, mixed with a green apple lemonade to turn that energy drink into a refreshing summer sipper. You can also get all the drinks infused with differing amounts of CBD, Delta, and the like. I opted for a simple 10 of CBD because, well, when in Rome! The drink itself was delicious, the tart flavor of the Monster pairing easily with the lemonade's refreshing elements to kickstart my engine, and then the light CBD gave me a comfortable aura to the rest of my workday. Again, I was surprised to find this option right on the square in Rensselaer, but I'm glad this is here. I can see a business like this doing a lot of genuine good for folks local, and I'm excited to see it thrive.

This place has great espresso, and I LOVE that they are open every day of the week. Also a plus, every single time I've been in this shop, the employees are always so friendly and nice. If you like espresso, definitely give it a try.
We were driving through town on a road trip, and needed a quick pick me up. The service was great (and very patient- there were 5 of us trying to make up our minds!) and we are all happy with our drinks. We got several different types of lattes, a smoothie and a frappe.

One of the best places in town! I love their lemonade, and biscuits w/gravy. Came in today with a few questions regarding their product and Chloe definitely took care of my needs today. I definitely plan on returning soon!
Nice little shop. Good coffee ☕️ Good breakfast sandwiches 🥪 lots of edible options such as cookies, brownies and lots of candy that you can see the cannabis content. You can also add cbd to your drinks. They also carry cbd for vapes. They also sell some vape equipment. Very friendly employees. If your in the neighborhood you should give them a try 😉 I think you will like it too.
Came in not expecting much as this is in a very small conservative area. Boy, was I shocked!! I was impressed with the knowledge & helpfulness of the employees. How clean everything was & how all of the food/candy/drinks looked amazing. I loved the idea of being able to add what dosage & flavors I wanted to my frappuccino. The sandwich I had was also very good. The prices were great. We will definitely be visiting again when we are down that way. Thank you for the great experience & teaching me some info I did not know. If you are in the area you should definitely give them a try. My goal is to try & make it in for breakfast time to try those biscuits & gravy next time. See you all some time in the future.
What a great addition to the area. This is an awesome little shop with lots of options to make the perfect dosed drinks. Many baked goods and other edibles to choose from. I had the biscuits and gravy and they were delicious!! I'll definitely be making my way back to this place asap.
The people are friendly but it seems they are still working out some of the kinks as a new business. We had the biscuits and gravey that morning and it was delicious. A little on the salty side, but I like salty. The lemonade was also very good. The hemp additives they put in the food are also just "upon request" so you can buy any food item that isn't infused with the concoction. Or if you like, you can add as much as you want 😉 I personally don't care for it or any of the vape products they sell. But that's why it's a kid friendly zone with the option to order/shop as you please.
Delicious blueberry muffins! Really nice place, VERY clean, and great staff. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming, and I enjoyed my meal there. Definitely going to be back soon!

Experienced and knowledgeable staff explained everything I wanted and needed to know. From the cbd massage cream to hemp infused drink I enjoyed, I left the store happy with my choices and with my new knowledge. Just Wonderful!
Absolutely delicious coffee! I grabbed an iced mocha coffee and an espresso before work this morning. The espresso was freshly ground and smelled amazing, and I have been hearing they have the best biscuits & gravy around -- the rumors are true! The place is also really cute and the staff were very friendly. Thank you and I will be back!
Stopped into The Baked Bean today to grab lunch and a coffee! I’ve been hearing a lot about this new cafe downtown, and I was really excited to try it out. The place is really clean and spacious, and the staff were welcoming and knowledgeable about their products. While I did not go in for the edible hemp products, I did appreciate that they cater to both those interested and not interested in hemp use! They had a HUGE variety of offerings which was really cool to see — including dog treats and cbd lotion (which I can’t wait to try!). I got the caprese panini, and it was delicious! My bf got the pizza panini, and he said it was great too. The bread had Parmesan cheese on it which gave it a great flavor. As a vegetarian, I love that there were several meatless options on the menu. I also had a caramel iced coffee and an espresso — so good! I also had to try some of their baked goods too, and got a rainbow cereal treat and my bf got a blueberry muffin. The muffin was so moist and fresh and the crumble on top was a nice touch. The rainbow cereal treat was huge and SO good — I got a second one to take home! I don’t normally leave reviews, but I was very impressed by this new business and how unique it is. If you’re visiting the area or live in town, definitely stop in or you will be missing out! It’s a great addition to downtown, and I can’t wait to check out their breakfast!
Stopped in today and the staff was so sweet and helpful! Got an iced mocha and it was really tasty. They have a nice variety of products and the space is a lot more spacious than I expected. Will definitely be back soon!
