The customer service was alright. Nothing exceptional. I was a little disappointed in the iced mocha. The chocolate wasn’t quite stirred in as much as I think it should have been. It wasn’t bad, just not quite what I was hoping for. The baristas were pretty quick & friendly though.

Although I really liked the coffee and breakfast burrito… way expensive and terrible service all around. Would much rather go to Starbucks with these prices and employees. Also don’t put your card on their mobile app, automatically $25 comes out and if it goes under a certain amount it’ll charged your card $25 again.
I am addicted to Ziggi's. It can be a little pricey but you get good quality and amazing customer service. It is better to get the app and rack up points as well as signing up for the notifications to get some awesome deals and sometimes even 50% off an item! It is well worth it !

Solid coffee shop in our area. I had coffee And the girls had smoothies. Definitely will be back. Staff was friendly, clean environment. Glad to have it so close as an option.
Ziggi's Coffee in Pendleton IN is a great place to grab a cup of coffee and a bite to eat. We visited this morning and caught up with some old friends. One thing that sets this coffee shop apart is their commitment to accommodating special requests, including gluten-free options. This is a huge plus for anyone with dietary restrictions or preferences. During my visit to Ziggi's Coffee, I had the pleasure of being helped by Amy and Lydia, who were both incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. The breakfast sandwiches at Ziggi's Coffee are definitely a must-try. They're delicious and filling, and perfect for a quick breakfast on the go. And if you're in the mood for something sweet, I highly recommend the blueberry and pomegranate smoothie. It's so tasty that I suggest getting a large one and splitting it. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Ziggi's Coffee in Pendleton IN. Between their gluten-free options, willingness to adjust to special requests, and friendly staff, this coffee shop is definitely worth checking out.

Great variety, flavors, coffee, tea, chai♡, and smoothies, even frozen or iced, and hot drinks. If you want coffee, drive here. Better than Starbucks. Open at 5am most days, perfect for early workers, and there is a drive-thru.
Be sure to visit Dani and Jessica in the morning. They are the perfect recipe to start towards a spectacular day.
This place is kinda odd. Coffee is pretty good but not for the prices. Some of the staff are kinda rude which is odd. I'd rather just go to Starbucks for these prices.

Absolutely love this coffee shop, so friendly, upbeat, and professional. This coffee shop is the best by far. Everytime i come here for my mocha coffee with a pup cup for my dogs, i know the staff put care into my order. With how amazing their coffee and other options are, makes ya say starbucks who? Downloaded the app and now I'm saving on rewards. Thankya Ziggi's for making my morning start out on a positive note. 😄
They provide AMAZING service! Their peanut white mocha blender is one of the best drinks I have ever had!! Highly recommend it!!
