Routine closed until 8 am due to staffing issues. Usually great service, but need to update hours of operation.
All our cream and custard donuts were not filled correctly. Would not recommend.
Oh, the shame - 6th street in Mishawaka is where you should really get local donuts and they are just near St Bavo’s - however, if you are having a complex moment where you are willing to sell out your local town and insured people are paid too little for their work the. Please do eat at Krispy Kreme
Our two young boys, ages 3 and 5, love to go there, much more than the employees want to work there. It's very clean and organized, (a great thing), but Customer Service is at best mechanical, certainly not heartfelt. This restaurant could've easily earned a 5🌟 rating if the employees would've shown even an ounce of enthusiasm with my kids who were so excited to see them. Sincere service with a smile 😃 is IMPORTANT. Both of my boys proudly wore one of the amazing Krispy Kreme hats placed strategically on each of the tables in restaurant. It is my opinion the employees should proudly wear them as well! Look, making and selling amazing doughnuts for a legendary doughnut chain is certainly not for everyone, and I'm sure it's not always easy. I get it. But a sincere smile costs nothing . If you can't smile and appreciate the people you come into contact with on a daily basis, please find something else to do in life that will make you happy!

Ran out of Christmas donuts 2 hours before closing! Although they do run out of donuts a lot when you get them they are very delicious.
Talk about a toxic work environment 😬 this place is run by poor management and has their staff scared of write ups for actually doing the correct thing to give great customer service and it shows!! Nobody here enjoyed their job and looked and acted absolutely miserable hire some better management and maybe you'll get the staff
The drive thru is a bit slow, but employees are friendly and the donuts are amazing 👏!

I like the original glaze donuts but the staff is unorganized and unprofessional...so I rarely ever go here

Got a mixture of full sized donuts and minis. We snacked on the minis during the drive home. They were not very fresh.

Best donuts in town so far! I give the donuts 5/5. The customer service is definitely 3 stars. The employees can be rude at times especially the guy that works in the drive thru. I never see the hot sign on anymore. Usually they make fresh hot donuts between 6am-10am. The lobby does close early but they should have a sign that lets people know what time they close the lobby. Because the last time I went the lobby was closed at 2:30pm. Also I think they need a better drive thru with the speaker close to the cars. But the donuts are worth it! The best times to buy donuts is when they have deals, otherwise they are pricey.
