Great location and very friendly and helpful staff. Our coffee is always amazing when visiting this location.
Paid $5 for Thai tea thinking it would be something original It is literally the same tea I buy at Costco and Sam's 3 cartons for $7 Bought a caramel Frappuccino thinking it was a coffee but no coffee in it Should have went to Starbucks This is no an original place nor a coffee place
Worst coffee I’ve ever had and cost nearly 5$, so disappointed
I love that place, except i went to the mall and i went to go get a frozen drink Saturday Feb, 18th and they were closed at 8:30pm before the mall was closed, im so sad i couldn't get my drink, and since they are a store in the mall i figured they would be opened mall hours like every other store
The owner is one of the best baristas and people you can ever meet. Not only him, but Christina is the best and she’s extremely knowledgeable, and Alyssa is charming and extremely gifted at what she does. 10/10 if I could, but only allowed 5 so that will do. Highly recommend!
Between the female baristas and the owner, I’ve never had a bad experience. They make my morning every morning! Christina specifically made a sample of a drink she created and asked for our opinion on the flavor, so here it is: PUT IT ON THE MENU! She also made my coffee and asked “would you like it steaming hot, or like kid-friendly hot?” I’ve never been asked that, but I will say I now prefer my drinks at kid level heat. I wish there was another location in South Bend or Mishawaka that wasn’t in the mall, but I’ll travel for the crew, flavor, and experience!

Tried ordering a drink, and I was literally the only person in line, took them a while to even acknowledge that I was there. Longest wait and poor service.
Tried returning a cookie jar that I got as gift, it was broken. Would not exchange it even tho it was in original packaging. Will not shop or go there!!
I only have a coffee which was great. We love all the coffee mugs and teapots.
Leave it to this coffee shop to make the whole place smell good.
So disappointed... stopped in Thursday at 4 PM for an on the way home coffee after a special sisters day out... doors were locked. No one there and no signs??
I go here all the time. Staff is super nice. Love being able to make custom drinks with their many different flavor shots.

The gentlemen running the store were exceptionally nice! Forgot to pack water for my infants daughter's bottle and they gave me some hot water, no questions asked. I bought a cold bottle to mix and support the store. Thanks again, guys. Made my life way easier today!
This was the best visit to a Gloria Jeans we have ever experienced! The man that took our order was SO kind and went ABOVE and beyond for us!

Great latte
Always my go-to coffee place. A million times better than starbucks/dunkin/bigby/etc. Coconut mocha frappe is my absolute fav. ❤
