We drove 30 minutes to try out this place with the sole purpose of getting their flavor of the day brewed coffee. It was only 3:30pm and they said they were out and would not brew anymore.Very frustrating to say the least.
Been there several times since they opened, Haven't had a bad experience yet.
To whom it may concern, Today was my second visit to Scooters. I’m highly disappointed in my order. My blender was watered down and full of large chunks of ice, I requested caramel drizzle and was given chocolate also my breakfast sandwich was missing half of the waffle. I will include the picture of the meal. I’m expecting a response with some sort of compensation. Thank you Shareece
Bacon was not completely cooked 🤢. Still raw!!!! I got a butterscotch latte. I told them to add chocolate drizzle to the top then they didn’t put the caramel on top 🤬🤬🤬🤬
Have gone through Scooters twice in the last two weeks. Food and drinks have been good both times.
Chai was sickening sweet with zero chai flavor. The house blend coffee was ok, but not hot. For the money, extremely disappointing. Went for free cake bite after 2pm, was there at 2:01 and only person in line. All out and the app still charged me for it. One and done

This morning I went through the drive thru and ordered a cold brew, an iced mocha, an everything bagel sandwich, and an egg and cheddar biscuit. Paid $25. Received two incorrect, sad-looking sandwiches (both bacon/egg/cheese on ciabata), and the beverages tasted like water (cold brew) and chocolate (iced mocha). Needless to say, we were not at all happy with this first time experience, and won't be back. I'd much rather go to Hos Coffee, which is just down the road and has MUCH better quality items as well as great service.
LOL @ a coffee place whose espresso machine goes down, thereby making it impossible to get a coffee. The food was good--waffle sandwich was great, 4 stars! My chai was ok, but not better than Starbucks and at the same price. And again, no coffee!? P.S. A canned response asking people to go to a separate web page to fill out a form that they can use to be put in touch with a manager feels ridiculously corporate and inefficient. One star for service.
Waffle breakfast sandwich is delicious! My drink didn't taste like what I ordered but it was still decent. Service was great.
To start I ordered a large Caramelicious Latte, which I do have to admit tasted very good. However paying $7 for a large that is 75% ice is just not something I am for, if I got more of the actual drink I would be very happy with the order. Additionally waiting for 15 minutes when only one car is in front of me is an issue for a coffee place, I may have to give this another shot at a later date due to the place recently opening, as of now I would not go back.
Ordered a cold brew and coconut milk latte. Cold brew might as well be water. They used real milk and said they didn't when i asked.The person i got it for is lactose intolerant. I will not be going back, Red Roaster and Hos have much better quality coffee.
