BEST cheesecake I’ve ever had!! I got cookie mashup and it was amazing. Just a heads up…I got the 9”, and while my group didn’t eat a lot individually, it probably had about 20 servings for us!

I went there for sweets but got nothing but SALTY. First time in Richelle in a hand basket and did not get greeted when we entered. The staff was rude when answering questions re their product and pricing. They did not have visible pricing on many of their items. I asked how much the truffles were and they said it is $1/truffle to which I said “woof” quietly and the staff or owner (I’m assuming) asked very rudely “would you like me to make it more expensive?” When asked about a menu with pricing they stated they just moved the store around and would not be adding prices back because then she would have to peel off individual stickers for pricing when she makes baskets. She then started listing the prices of items per pounds rudely. I left without purchasing anything because of how rude the staff was. I’m in disbelief.

These folks are pros at custom gift basket building! Just give them an idea of what you want and let them do their magic.

Richelle is probably one of the most friendliest shop owners in town. The Carmel corn and truffles are to die for. She has wine parings, cheesecake, coffees and teas. Plenty of seating and most items are locally sourced. Please support small business and give Richelle In A Handbasket a try.

Richelle delivered a bride and grooms lemon blueberry cake, cupcakes and macarons for my son and daughter in laws wedding reception. They were delicious and presentation was beautiful. The take home Carmel corn Treat bags were perfect. We will be repeat customers!

This place is not good. Truffles are not good and sadly they never have anything they post on instagram in stock. Overall this is a place that would fail in a bigger town or city but lives off the hype because it’s in a small town. Just horrible place!!!

I went in right at open, hoping to find a delicious treat for my husband for an anniversary gift. The woman, who I assumed was the proprietor, was incredibly friendly and walked me through their plethora of options. We ended up with a box of truffles (which she so beautifully wrapped) and a few miscellaneous items. She even put it all in a bag with tissue paper to look like a gift. I was blown away by her kindness and service. This was only made even better when we actually tried the chocolates. Every bite was heavenly. Our favorites were the cinnamon truffle (which was absolutely amazing), the Oreo bark, and the mint chocolate truffle. We are now big fans and I look forward to going back and trying the many other delicious drinks, chocolates, and treats on the menu.

The quality of the food and treats in these baskets supersedes any food basket purchase I have ever made. I rarely eat processed packaged food because the flavor is often average. Richelle's product is EXCEPTIONAL. Highly recommend.

I came in for the first time to get Christmas gift boxes and was a bit hesitant when I walked in because I wasn’t sure what do to (doesn’t take much to confuse me). However the person at the desk helped me and made me feel at ease. They made some great recommendations and packaged the chocolates up so nicely. I was proud to give them as gifts.
