I like the vibe and the variety of seating options. Staff are always super friendly, helpful and quick. Only thing I’m not feeling are the breakfast sandwiches — basically like the small frozen Jimmy Dean things you can buy at the grocery, don't seem worth what is being charged for them and they just don’t taste good. Would love if they might step these up a notch.

Very good place. Unfortunately there are very limited food options, but the service and atmosphere are great!

I happened upon this place while waiting to pick up my nephew from an event. I'm from out of state and was looking for a place to quickly drive through and get a cool drink. I also had my one-year-old with me who was going to wake up and need a bottle and I didn't have any water for her formula or milk (of course it was back home on the counter). I ended up getting an iced chai tea latte, which was delicious, but also asked for a large cup of hot water and a cup of whole milk. It was a weird request but there was zero hesitation and they were happy to accommodate. I also grabbed a slice of cheesecake to eat while waiting and it may have been the best cheesecake I have ever tasted. Even further, I love that they had a pride flag in the window. As a queer person in a new city, it's always tenuous going new places but it was wonderful to have a safe place that I knew I could go to. I would go back in a heartbeat!

Nice coffee shop with wide selection and friendly staff. Also the perfect meeting spot between Broad Ripple and Downtown, especially if you want parking to be easy with an attached lot. Also good as a stop on your commute.

Took 20 minutes to get 2 cups of espresso and 2 sandwiches at 920 am on a Friday. Girls were gossiping behind counter and more worries about that than getting work done. There was not one person in front of us and only 1 person in entire store. Said she couldn’t take over a $20 bill when my bill was over $20. Will not go back. Customer service is important.

I got the salted carmel cold brew with carmel foam, and it was pretty good. I would go back if I was in the neighborhood.

Command Coffee never disappoints! Always kind service, great drinks and food, comfortable atmosphere, plus they don’t upcharge for nondairy milk! They have the best seasonal drinks too

My name Johnny Motley. I come here a lot at least 3x a week! I used to get the very popular Nice mocha”seasonal drink”. One of my best! Even then I would get my coffee warm! I would ask that it be hot and yet when I get it it’s warm. I shouldn’t have to request every time my coffee be hot. I do love the atmosphere and the customer service is Great. But I gotta have my coffee Hot!!! I mean i literally order it and have to go home and warm it in the microwave! I really hope they can start making it HOT the way coffee should be ! I order today a white chocolate mocha with hazelnut. Definitely not consistent. Last time it came out wonderful in taste despite being on the warm side. Today I order it. And different taste. I would ask that they bring all employees up to speed on how to make all drinks seasonal and non-seasonal. Again I hope to continue coming here because despite these flaws they really are a good coffee spot!

Always go out of their way to make you comfortable and welcome. Place is a little more polished and "corporate" than I prefer - really miss funky "student" type coffee houses - where you might hear bad music and worse poetry. But for a place to have a coffee, meet with someone over coffee, or get some work done with the help of coffee, it is hard to beat.

Great little stop after paying respects to Mr Gatling at the nearby cemetery. Killing time before leaving Indianapolis in my rear view mirror.

Been seeing this place for a while and been telling myself I really wanted to stop by and try out their coffee and any other items they had available. The cashier didn’t really care to acknowledge the fact I was a first time customer despite me mentioning it to her. They are over priced for what I got. A simple small Carmel macchiato with a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. Total was nearly $11.00. That’s extreme being that they are located in a very awkward part of the street. Your better off continuing your journey down fall creek rd as I should have done. This place food was nasty!! Waste of time and money and customer service was dry. The drink is okay but my sandwhich mysterious went from being bacon like I order to this rubbery sausage patty. So instead of bacon egg and cheese like I order and pay for I got rubbery sausage. Sandwhich was smashed as if somebody put all their body weight down on the bun when they were making it. You can see finger indentations. Also the fact that they use aluminum foil on bread type items. Anybody with common sense in the food industry knows foil traps heat and moisture. So thanks Command Coffee for my poor first time customer service experience. I was not expect such a poor experience. The 1 star is generosity. I could have spent my $ 11 around the corner at the Cleo Bodega and got better quality food! FYI you do have competitors if you didn’t know. The drive thru arrangement is horrible and very limited on space. The entire facility is sitting on a corner lot that is almost nearly impossible to get too. Never again!

It was such a pleasant drive thru experience. I ordered an iced latte, breakfast sandwich and cheesecake slice. The latte was ice city so immediately tasted watered down, the breakfast sandwich was quite elementary in taste but the cheesecake was great- subtle toffee notes from the crust.

Delicious coffee daily sourced from Honduras. Loved the drive through option! I had the Irish mocha. Recommend! Loved the clip board and the sticker pole at drive thru exit. Friendly lady on the speaker too. Will be going back soon!!

I really love this place. Great coffee and plenty of room of you need to get work done. The location is also great since it's right off the trail.

Wonderful staff and unusually great, in-house roasted coffee.
