Oh, how I love Caribou! The best campfire cooler I've had in years! Hubs got the frozen cookies and cream. 1st time having it, he said it was awesome
As an IUPUI student, I've been a regular customer at this coffee shop and my favorite drink here is the Turtle Mocha Blended. Made with milk chocolate, it's the perfect blend of sweetness and creaminess that I can enjoy any time of the day. I must say that this coffee shop has won me over Starbucks as I find their drinks more flavorful and satisfying. Apart from the Turtle Mocha, I also love the Malted Mocha, Strawberry Banana Smoothie, and the Ice Turtle Mocha. However, I didn't quite enjoy the Hot Turtle Mocha as much as the others, mainly because I found it to be overly sweet for my taste buds. One thing that stands out about this coffee shop is their amazing staff. They're always friendly, welcoming, and attentive to customer needs, which makes the overall experience even better. In summary, if you're looking for a great coffee experience that goes beyond the drinks, then this coffee shop is definitely worth checking out.
Terrible experience. Rude staff and extremely slow. I witnessed the worker tell someone who spoke english as a second language that they need to speak clearly. She said that they were making her do twice her job.
Decent spiced chai latte, a bit too sweet though. It's an American issue.

I’ve tried Caribou coffee twice now and I am still disappointed in their beverages. The prices are high, but the quality is very low. The pictures of the drinks do not match the actual drink either!

They don't wear gloves as infection control measure during coffee prep!!! I don't like that at all. The paresta touch the cup cover by her exposed hand!!! And she don't know how to make mocha!
