Need a PA system on the drive through, it is very inefficient as-is. Prices are very high. Also maybe some sort of incentive program. I live right outside the neighborhood and have seen the traffic to this place go from lines to now near empty every morning. I think the staff is nice and I hope this company stays in business, but I am doubting it’s feasibility unless they make some big changes. Highly recommend you Check out Revival Tech Solutions, they may be able to set you up with a solid marketing and digital ad strategy!

Amazing little place. Nice seating area, clean and inviting, as well as friendly helpful staff. Other reviews mentioned it is pricey, however the coffee and tea are full of flavor and worth the cost. The donuts are huge-HUGE and fantastic. If you like bagels, definitely need to try the Bad Azz Bagel, well worth it too! Tried many things here and been here very often. Love the place. Friendly staff. Often out of simple things like cups or carriers, occasional flavors. More often inconsistent when ordering drinks. Still worth stopping in for a drink here!

Today was the third time I've left empty handed from this place after paying a visit. I'm not sure if anyone else experiences this, but I'll walk in and nobody says hi or comes to take my order even after I make eye contact. Then, a car will pull up to the window, and the drive-thru order is taken immediately. Meanwhile, I'm still waiting for a smile or hello. Idk. It's not worth it to me to keep trying at this place. No joke, this is the 3rd time I've just left and gone to Starbucks. On the wall it says "say no to corporate coffee" or something, but at least I'm getting coffee when I go to "corporate coffee." Like I literally can't even get a coffee or latte from this place. What's up? The only way to get service is through the drive thru. No joke. The ONE time I got a latte from this place was the first time I went, and I went through the drive thru. I ordered a hot latte, but when I drank it, it was cold. Really weird. Like they just poured cold milk in and called it a latte. I wanted to like this place. I wanted to support a local business. I even gave it multiple chances and the benefit of the doubt that it was just an off day, but I just can't keep wasting my time. The other 1 to 3 star reviews say, "Just go to Starbucks." They're not lying.

I've only tried the cookies, and the donuts from here so far, but they were one of the best I've had! I'm looking forward to trying their coffee next!!! I would highly recommend this place!!!

This blueberry donut was fresh, moist, and delicious! The meaty breakfast sandwich was delicious as well.

I really wanted to like this place. I came here over a week period and got a coffee for myself pretty much everyday. I ordered a cappuccino. Here’s the thing, sometimes it was made properly, other times it was not. Someone in another comment mentioned that this is the place if you want a cup of milk, very true. Half the time my cappuccino would be cold because they just dumped almond milk into it. Half the time my coffee was flavorful, the other half of the time it was watered down. There’s just no consistency here which is disappointing. I don’t blame the employees, I blame the manager/owner. These employees have not been trained right if they can’t consistently make the same cup of coffee everyday. I can totally understand small fluctuations in the consistency, but this is all over the place. My wife just went in today to buy 24 donuts, was rung up and the bill was just shy of 80 dollars. Well, they couldn’t find a box for the donuts. My wife is sitting there before work waiting for a box to ultimately find out they can’t procure one. So naturally, she asks for her money to be refunded. The employee said she couldn’t do it. So my wife had to leave with no donuts and even worse, didn’t get her money back. Now I’m sure it will get rectified, but you can appreciate how unbelievably frustrating that was. I wanted to at least give two stars because the people there are kind and the donuts are decent. That said, I wouldn’t spend my money here. There are just too many things out of place, it’s a disappointment waiting to happen. Cheers!

I know my donuts, and these donuts are top notch! Coffee is delicious, and there's a large variety of unique tea options for those of us who aren't coffee drinkers.

It's not worth the hype. Coffee was weak and not very flavorful.

Every time I get a breakfast sandwich the middle is ice cold. Also, they don’t have a normal drive through so if you’re not the first car you literally have to wait until you get to the window to order. It’s not efficient if you’re on a time limit.

This place opens about a half hour to late for its location. It would catch more traffic to chicago if it opened at 5:30am. Also the place looks dark like its not open

The donuts are freaking huge. Attached is a picture of one of my friends eating their donut, it weighs about 16 pounds and has 12,000 calories. If you ask for jelly filling, extra glaze, icing, and sprinkles, this donut can weigh up to 39.3 pounds and contain a whopping 19,000 calories! This is just ONE of their donuts, imagine their entire showcase full of donuts this size! This place is Dunkin' Doughnut's competition, I genuinely don't know how they are even still localized to just Northwest Indiana. I have invested over $17,000 in stocks for this company so they can open up new stores around the globe. I pray that by the time I die, there will be a ReCharge Coffee Co. in every street corner imaginable. I come here for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. When I found out my son went to Dunkin' Donuts instead of ReCharge Coffee Co., I set him up for adoption at the Lake County Orphanage. I love this place and the people who work here are extremely friendly, considerate, and make sure they greet you with a "Hello" when you walk in and a "Goodbye" when you walk out. The staff pay attention to detail and will always be there to help out if anything seems off. I once asked for a drink with a couple of ice cubes in it but when they gave it to me, it only had one. I asked if they can put more ice in it and they did and they apologized for the mistake. Once you try out ReCharge Coffee Co., you'll never want to go back to wherever you used to go to get your morning beverages. Before I discovered this place, I was a sad sap drinking nothing but generic, bland coffee from the Dollar Store. I was driving in the darkness in hopes of finding something to rejuvenate my will to live. Right when I thought all hope was lost, I look out in the distance and see a bright shining light that illuminated the night sky. Curious, I drove over there and found out it was the ReCharge Coffee Co. sign which was made up entirely of 1,000 incandescent light bulbs generating over 36 octillion lumens
