In the morning, the coffee usually tastes burnt. But if you get the coffee mid day, it’s actually really good.
Most times I visit the service is fast. Every window employee I've encountered has been super friendly as well. I love the galaxy blended drink.

Oof their new assistant store manager Shawna is amazing! I was struggling making a choice this morning and asked her to make me something yummy and light, I received a peach mango quencher with coconut cold foam. BEST DRINK EVER. they weren't to busy while I was in drive thru and you could see everyone inside cleaning, and really taking pride in their work! Good job scooters of Decatur!
Love having the White Chocolate Mocha with Oatmilk on my morning commutes to work! And the ladies I see in the morning are so nice, quick, and they make it a great way to start my day. Thank you!!
I had a pleasant experience in the drive through with my cashier Shawna. She brightened my day with her smile and was genuinely friendly. And not to mention, the peach mango quencher with coconut and coconut foam was amazing 🤩🤩🤩!!!!!

The general manager being topless with no shoes in front of a minor is disgusting and immoral. Her justification is “it was after work.” So what? Food is still prepared there and after hours doesn’t mean a minor still isn’t a minor. We won’t be going back until this semi naked general manager is fired and the place throughly sanitized. And to learn the general manager is saying Scooters corporate is threatening a lawsuit for everyone who shared that photo is bad too because I’m sure that isn’t really happening but she is representing the Scooters brand especially being the general manager. Frankly, not sure how I feel about Scooters now knowing that they hired a general manager like this with her lack of moral and general grossness…..
I’ve seen the photos from others who have suffered at this place- I’d get your coffee and food else where - not a good look Decatur.
Too much messing around and not being clean when dealing with food or around where food is made, no shoes no shirts and they are making you something to put into your body no Thank you!!!!
Absolutely disgusting to see how they let their employees dress and walk around in the store barefoot and with no shirt on! I will NEVER spend another penny in this dump. After seeing how the employees are, I'm sure none of the machines that make your drinks are ever properly cleaned. Gross!!!

Changing my review due to recent findings. The manager is exposing herself to minors and walking barefoot through the floor. The cleaning standards are absolute 0. DISGUSTING. Do better.
This morning on my weekly trip to Scooters I had the most delicious drink. It’s called a “white rose”. White chocolate and raspberry. So good, and definitely needed with a 5am wake up call. Try it. You won’t be disappointed.
Very friendly, and the drinks are amazing, but the music they had on was so loud. I could bearly focus on the lady at the window. I lose out on earning points for my order because she took my card and didn't scan my phone in time. I admit I got a little frustrated with her, and I feel bad for that. But shouldn't they ask before making the payment if you have a thing to scan for points? I was so overwhelmed by the sudden music. My experience this mooring was not the best.
Drive-thru only so atmosphere is non-relivent. Service... the wait for 1 car ahead of me was close to 10 minutes. Cashier was having a bad day. Charged me the wrong order. Cashed back out. No sorry or anything for the mess up on their part. Coffee... for the price it was nothing to brag or write home about. Over 7 dollars for a small coffee... rather drive to a bigger city and get a large coffee for less!
