Great coffee and ice cream shop. The staff is always friendly, the quality of the ice cream and coffee is top-notch. Great space and tons of board games, glad to have them in the community!

My family and I stopped in and had a wonderful visit. The staff was so kind and helpful with our 5 children. They gave out samples and explained each ice cream. Our shakes and ice creams were made to perfection!! We will be back in the future.

First time trying this new place out. I walked in and was greeted immediately which was great, asked if I wanted to try a sample and to let them know. I was super excited to see blue moon ice cream there because I can’t find it anywhere but my home town, 5 hours away. So I already knew what I wanted. What got me a little upset was the lady was scooping my ice cream and she had an ear bud in and it fell out of her ear and right into the whole container that she was scooping out of. She did scoop out a good amount that the ear bud did touch and got a new scoop each time she did it, but this whole issue could have been avoided if she wasn’t wearing it. I’m not one to complain and I still took my ice cream because like I said I can’t find that anywhere but I felt it’s a good thing for the employer to know so possibly it can get fixed and it doesn’t have to happen again. But will definitely go back because that is my all time fave flavor in the world!!

This place is super kid friendly! Has amazing busting boba. They allowed my sister to put it in a sample cup so she could see if she liked it before ordering! Great customer service! And the best the BEST ice cream in town!!
Very friendly service, lots to choose from on the menu. Kids loved all the ice cream flavors. I have a feeling we will be going there a lot this summer

I do not know what I just drank but that was not bubble tea. Taste like nasty coffee water. It was supposed to be strawberry flavored and it tasted nothing like strawberries. In addition the bubbles are some kind of like poppable weirdness With liquid inside. No real tapioca pearls. Do yourself a favor and go to Korean bowl, or The Onion tea house in New Albany for real bubble tea. Also when you order a flavor it actually tastes like That flavor there.
I've only had one iced coffee/ triple shot. I tasted more chocolate/ flavor than espresso. I prefer a more authentic taste
When I moved to Charlestown a few years back I remember thinking this town needs a coffee shop. Thank you Charlestown Coffee & Cream for making it happen! This shop is such a friendly and cozy environment. They have an extended amount of board games to play and couches to chat with a friend or study for your next ambition. They also have a variety of ice cream flavors if you need to cool off. I will definitely be a regular visitor of Charlestown Coffee & Cream.
I love that there is a coffee place in town. Great atmosphere and amazing workers… But there are something’s they could fix. When asking about a smoothie, was told that they didn’t know how to make this specific one and that it was the manager’s specialty. The iced Chai latte my husband got tastes completely like coffee; no flavor at all. The iced mocha I got was supposed to be carmel, but got chocolate instead even though I made sure it to say carmel. This was much different than the first visit and it was really disappointing. Hoping to see this place thrive and become amazing in the future.
With being a new establishment there will be kinks. Just getting started is not easy. Very friendly environment. The coffee is great and the variety of ice cream is crazy. We wish you all the luck.
