Great coffee, great friends, great employees. Always clean and fresh feeling. The manager is awesome. The staff makes you feel welcome and at home. And the pup cups for the dogs is a special treat. Keep up the great work. ❤️❤️❤️ Loooove the place.
Best coffee and friendliest staff here! The breakfast sandwiches are GREAT, and the employees put me in a great mood every time. It's my favorite place to do my pay it forward and buy the coffee of the person behind me 😊
I'm begging, either change your cup size or get different drink carriers. Every single time I get coffee for my coworkers they fall out with every turn I make. Left explaining to my coworkers how they don't have half their coffee.
Drive thru took entirely too long. Employees were struggling to keep up & the person who took my order thought that my salted caramel vanille latte was caramel with salt sprinkled in it.
Delicious coffee! I have been coming here since day one in Angola and have always been a HUGE fan (of both Five Lakes Coffee and Great Lakes Coffee 😉)!!! ❤️
I had their Black Tie Mocha and it was amazing. The barista was very friendly and the atmosphere was great.
I think this was the best Americano I've ever had! There was a lot of staff and they were all super friendly and we got our drinks and food quickly.

All 5Lakes are great. This one really stands out because it is bigger and more spacious than mosts of their locations. Staff is freiwndly and service minded and the quality of the product lives up to the standards I have come to expect from a 5L experience.
Coffee wasn't that great nice quite atmosphere. Perfect if you need to study or hold a small meeting.
I typically get a light roast black coffee every morning. While it’s on the expensive side, $3.16 for a large, it’s good coffee.
Had a peach lemonade smoothie. Yummy
We first discovered this chain in Kendallville, and were happy to sit one when we visited Pokagon. They have great coffee and tea, consistently fast service and friendly employees at every location we've visited! We got an iced mocha and an iced tea on this visit, and both were very good.

Good coffee, super friendly staff, fast service. Excellent breakfast bagel sandwich. Chipotle sauce was a plus!
