Joke!! 2 cups of coffee 25 minutes. Dont recommend this place They help everyone at drive through and u set and wait!
I love Angola BIGGBY, I and a friend would venture over there once a week (or lets be honest many times a week) to get our coffees. we had our orders memorized and already had our exact change counted out. Its nice to have a little place that is filled with memories like that. The girls in there are always nice, but most specifically (and I cannot remember her name right now) the long haired brunette is always very cheerful. When I can BIGGBY is the spot to go! No place in town can beat Wednesday BOGO $1 days!
Wow, Josephine. How rude. My dear husband tried to order me a lovely lady coffee. Not only did you argue with him upon his request, you refused to add any toppings. This entire job requires you helping the customer get what they are looking for. Also make sure the customer is gone before you start making rude comments about them. Absolutely uncalled for.
Would not recommend. Josephine was rude, impatient and insulting. It was a terrible experience.
I gave the window cashier my credit card and Bigby card. She through it out the window instead of handing it to me. It fell to the ground. With no apology.
We went in on black Friday and went into the store to get some drinks. The lady that took out order was extremely rude. They weren't even that busy but clearly she didn't want to be there.
I always love stopping at Biggby before classes start for my morning coffee! <3 And this visit the wonderful barista, Lucia, was charming and kind. 10/10 would go back

The stuff they have there is really good but it's also really expensive.
What an awful establishment, my Friends and Family and I will never return and will dissuade our loved ones from ever trying it. The staff couldn't seem to get my order or my friend's order correct. The young man behind the counter completely missed the Donut Holes from my receipt when ordering, even though he repeated it back to me. I thought to myself and said screw it, not worth correcting the young man behind the counter since ordering with him took several minutes of staring at the register not pressing anything and him asking me "huh?" a hundred times because he's clearly intoxicated. After waiting nearly 27 minutes, we approach the counter when we see someone that arrived after us receive their food and drinks before us. They say "oh, what did you have?" and start working on our order. Finally get our food; Bagel has Cream Cheese when I asked for none, Mint Mocha is mocha with no mint anywhere to be tasted. At least the Cheddar Cheese was good. My friend ordered Chai Tea and promptly received a coffee. Just coffee. At least the young blond woman with glasses making coffee behind the counter was super kind and very nice about everything, even if she screwed up our order. Edit a few weeks later: I take it back, the cheese was bad too. Avoid this place completely.
So many options. It was a little overwhelming with so many options. The staff only made that worse by saying there are so many more options that aren't on the menu. I ended up going with a hot coffee drink that was recommended to me and an iced caramel latte for my daughter. The hot drink was so sweet that I couldn't drink it. The caramel latte appeared to be covered in chocolate and had a terrible aftertaste. My daughter didn't drink that either. Total waste of money for two undrinkable drinks.
Definitely a busy place and I felt bad for the worker when I added to the rush but they were super polite and the coffee was wonderful. I was super pleased with the flavors and cost.
Abbi was our barista and she was so kind! All of our drinks were delicious, but Abbi made the experience even better. Fast, personable, and nice! Couldn’t ask for a better coffee stop.
I try to mix up my order each time and try new coffees but I have yet to be disappointed it's better then Starbucks
