I have been going here a few times now. It's way better than Starbucks. So far I have not had any issues with my orders. For the most part, staff is usually friendly. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because there has been a time where a staff member was a little rude. But, I tried not taking it to heart because my motto is that we all have bad days. My only feedback is to just be kind. No matter how hard it may be. You just never know what someone is going through. And, just maybe with them coming to your coffee place, that could be the highlight of their day. Otherwise excellent job!
Good stuff, coffee is good, employees are nice, decoration is amazing. Gives the impression that the owners actually care about the place and don't want to modernize it.

Not only are their coffees and teas great, their warm sandwiches and breakfasts are amazing! It's always a treat to stop here and the employees are so nice.
I have only been through the drive so I can't comment on the atmosphere but I can say this much, it is no wonder why the coffee here has become a local favorite. Great, I mean really great coffee. I have not yet ordered without special requests and my coffee has been exactly what I want every time.
