It is a lovely little place! Chloe answered our million questions with a smile. My friend and I were able to stay and chat for our entire allotted hour without feeling rushed, but Chloe and another staff member kept checking on us, which was nice. The finger food and the mini desserts were wonderful, and that had to be the best iced vanilla chai i’ve ever had.

Treated my mom for Mother's Day and was not disappointed. The decor and atmosphere were serene and pleasant. Our food ("afternoon tea" assortment of things), particularly the blackberry salad, and drinks (vanilla chai) were wonderful. Excellent place to go and relax for a little bit. (I also saw they have things to-go.)

Wanted to go grab a coffee and relax there but I was not asked if I wanted for here and got a to go cup instead. Coffee is great, I ask 3 questions about place and maybe girl that serve coffee was busy because she did not wanted to be helpful. Place looks great for friends gathering maybe I can give q second chance next time

This is by far my favorite decorated cafe/restaurant. It's bright, colorful and fun. You can't help but smile when you walk in. Tea is fantastic-it's worth it to order the tea service that comes with the foods. The ladies working here have always been incredibly nice and welcoming. I'm happy to keep coming back and introducing new people to this little gem.

Beautiful rooms for a group and the food was exquisite, you can tell it was homemade and made with fresh ingredients. The tea was tasty and I will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Was hoping for a more traditional tea room experience. I went with a pot of hot black tea and a pistachio scone which does not come with clotted cream or jam so had to order them separately. The tea was unfortunately weak and nothing remarkable. The scone was surprisingly tasty and buttery but very small for almost $3. Likewise the clotted cream and strawberry jam were almost a dollar each for a minuscule serving but absolutely delicious! Really wish these items did not have to be ordered individually as they are quintessential components of english tea. I considered getting the cream tea but it also doesn’t come with jam and I wish they replaced the fruits with something more traditional. The place itself is cute and has a vintage cottage theme. I don’t know if it’s because they were fully reserved during the week I went but this doesn’t seem like a spot where you could go to just grab a drink and hangout as I felt there was a priority for table service. I wasn’t really interested in their main food options or a traditional dining experience this time but wanted to try more of their desserts and afternoon tea selections a la carte. However, they don’t list their offerings on the menu and they are not displayed at the main counter so it was hard to get an idea of what they had.

I have been here quite a few times and it has been lovely each time! I have food restrictions and each time I’ve gone (with different baristas) they have been super helpful; since I want to try new things each time! They always ask all my questions and check labels right there to make sure I’m safe! What I really like about there hot drinks is that they’re hot, but also drinkable as soon as I get it! With other places you have to wait 15-20 til it cools but I want to drink it now 😂 so it’s nice to drink it as soon as I get it! And they’re sooooo tasty!!! I tried the s’mores latte with oat milk when it was available and that was probably my fav!!! When it was available, there was a vegan chili and honestly, I thought it was just okay. What I did REALLY like about it is that they served tortilla chips with it! I’ve always eaten saltines with chili but tortilla chips made it super yummy and different! But eating by itself was just ok. My partner liked it so I only had a couple bites and he had the rest. I hope they include other vegan foods in the future! :) Oh! I do wish they opened a bit earlier. If it’s a coffee place it might be nice for people to get coffee or tea before work. There have been times that I start work at 7:30-8 but they don’t open til 8.

this place was my go to for good lattes, but last time I went was ignored for 20 minutes by the barista. No one talked or interacted with me, so I just left! not sure I’ll go back….. Update: this was Tuesday at noon

Surprisingly good for a strip mall in Tinley. They recommended the Black Cat coffee (off menu item) and it was really good! The scones are great as well, as are the soups and salads. The kids loved the sandwiches and treats.

My mom and I decided to try a new place we haven't tried yet and I saw the amazing reviews. We had the Afternoon Tea, which had scones, finger sandwiches, etc. It was absolutely amazing!!! We even tried the Blueberry Rooibos tea in the Tea pot! <3

Only been here twice and my father and I showed up last Sunday looking for some afternoon coffee. I did not know they had unfortunately been robbed the day we went. Even then, I understand service takes time and the servers were doing great, even if we didn't dine in. Your Cinnamon Almond Matcha latte was a delight and the best matcha latte I have ever had. My father had the Cinnamon Roll and he loved it, even as a picky coffee drinker. This place is a gem and it deserves every bit of hype. Their seasonal teas are also to die for. The only other place that I have gotten coffee or lattes made with this much care is one coffee shop in the Loop of Chicago. Keep it up! 2nd visit: I said I'd be back and you guys did great again. Your Cinnamon Plum tea makes an excellent tea latte with oatmilk. We love coming here and I can't wait to see the Winter menu options!
