It's okay, not the best, but worth a visit.
I will say that the staff is very friendly but the quality of the drinks has gone way down hill.
The chillers are great especially if you don't want coffee and the staff is very friendly.
Received a Cafe Mocha, that was out of a plastic carafe and the girl added creamer like a coffee to it...half creamer. no joke. This place has gone down hill since they sold it from up stairs in the mall. I wont be back.
Pretty good, but I had family members say that the cookie chiller wasnt the same. My iced white mocha was good though.
These guys are one of the best coffee shops in the Springfield. Loved being here and coffee tastes really good. Nice staff. Keep it up guys ✌🏻
I literally love this place usually never have a issue. But today my iced mocha was literally hot chocolate milk. Ice melted really fast. Extemely disappointed.

Waited almost 30 minutes for 3 drinks. They have 1/2 off over iced drinks from 12-4 p.m. although it’s not that expensive , they have some of the weakest espresso I’ve ever had. Ordered an iced latte and it was completely just milk. No presence of espresso at all. And to top it off it was sweet? Asked why it was sweet and employee responds “we add a little bit of white chocolate” why? If I wanted and ice white mocha that what I would get. Asked him if he can make he said no I’m busy. It’ll take me 2 mins. In “Gloria jeans” time, that’s approximately 15 mins. Asked for a refund instead. Waste of time and money.
I asked for a medium green tea and then the woman at the counter said "okay, and what size?" And I replied with "medium" and then she said "we have small, medium, and large." After I said I wanted a medium one more time she finally took my order. When I got my tea it was not the right flavor even though I specifically said I wanted normal green tea. After that I tried to get a refund, but the lady just said no. Going to this establishment was a complete waste of time and money.
