$5.26 (tax included) for a medium black iced coffee!!!! That goes beyond inflation & to top it off, Caribou ice coffee tastes watered down. Looked up the equivalent at my local Starbucks & it would have been a buck cheaper. Rethinking my coffee stops.
I stopped with a group today Sunday 12:00 noon with dogs. Planned to sit outside. The tables and chairs were locked up. Baristas said they couldn’t unlock them because they were “busy”. They weren’t. It would have taken 30 seconds. And they wouldn’t lend me the key to unlock the lock because they said it was against “corporate policy.” Really??? So we moved on. It was hard to believe.
Great service they honored military discount the donuts were so delicious I'm glad I don't live closer

I love this place and regularly visit them. Usually, we stop by to get coffee before dropping our son off at his babysitter. The staff is very friendly, the coffee is good (most of the time) and you don't usually have to wait long. Overall, this is a great place to get your morning fix, but isn't the best place ever. Definitely worth the price!

Coffee shop without wifi .. I ordered 2 espresso shots and a chai latte for while i study. Both taste good but I have to leave and find a shop with wifi to do my homework on my laptop. The wifi says connected but the internet does not work at all.

My first impression of this place was, that it looked like a mix of Starbucks and a moms and pops cafe. Very nice and clean inside, with a pleasant surprise ambience. I can see why regulars keep coming back for more. I was also pleasantly surprised at how quirky some of the menu items are named, but also how simple and easy it can be for the staff to help remembering what options they have. Lastly, I would have definitely given this coffee shop a 5/5 stars; however, because it took them a while to make my coffee. It seems like they definitely prioritize the speed of service for the drive through, rather than walk-in customers, which is understandable as to "why".

I like the seating they did not have the nitro coffee that their information said they would have their tea was pretty good they're not open very late
Ridiculously slow took more than 15 minutes to make one drink. 3 employees and only had two car in the drive thru

Great service by Anna and Madi today! They helped us with our orders and explained about perks and other great offers! We have visited other times and never heard all the info like today! Definitely coming back and sharing with friends.
No Vegan options lobby was closed and drive through toke forever they actually didn’t have any sandwiches at the moment on a Tuesday at 10am
barista told me to "enjoy the next 24 hours" instead of "have a nice day". feeling mildly threatened. 10/10
