I recently placed a book order with Barnes & Noble which took well over half an hour—first trying their App which is like trying to wade through quicksand carrying barbells. After several failed attempts, I went to their website. That, I hope was successful; but never received a confirmation email which I should have after fifteen minutes; nor a confirmation email on joining one of their rewards programs. If it wasn’t for the gift card, I wouldn’t have purchased a book marker from them. They are one of the largest booksellers on the planet and yet are completely incompetent when it comes to online sales.
Friendly staff, great selection and amazing coffee
Easy in and out to do a return and order something else. Staff were courteous and took care of my requests in a timely manner.

It's always nice to stop by with a friend and chat at their cafe. I also love how they display the different categories on different tables; almost like a recommended reading table.

Always a great environment. Love the book selection, the staff, and being able to get a cup of coffee while I shop or read. The game and STEM selection is amazing.
Love being able to sit, enjoy a venti Irish Cream cold brew, and study. Then buy something fur the grandkids before I leave. I wish there were more physical bookstores again.

The store is always great. The restrooms were absolutely disgusting. Mentioned it to a manager who said the custodial service only visits twice a week. It was obviously built up from far longer ago than the current week. Someone needs to take a power washer in there.

I don't like going in this place the carpeting is so dirty I have asthma attacks before I even get in there I had to go to the bathroom so I went in there while my boyfriend shopped he was looking for a book and I came running out and just to get out of that place I had carpeting I'm allergic to carpeting and then when it's dirty it makes it really bad on me I hate going in there because in about 5 minutes or less my eyes swell up and I start coughing and hacking and throwing up just about I can't stay in there very long
Great atmosphere! Warm and welcoming. Fairly well organized in a user friendly format. The store was clean and neat. Cashiers were fast and friendly.
Good store but they consistently have broken series. They will have the 3rd, 5th, and 6th book in a series but not even the first. I understand that is a normal thing but keeping the shelves stocked should be important part of it.
