Aviation-themed coffee shop. Great coffee. The owners are both pilots. I had the honor of meeting Juliana, one of the owners. ‘Twas a delightful experience!
I had a vanilla cappuccino & it was lovely! Best coffee I've had in Springfield. I also love that the big espresso machine is on display & I can watch it being made. The inside is unique & cozy with lots of natural light & places to sit and enjoy yourself. My only con is that I wish there were bigger/more tables. This is the closest coffee shop to the medical school campus & as a student, I need the space to study! Would come more often if I had space to set up shop!
Tried their basic drip coffee today. WOW. It was amazing. Rich, flavorful, lots of depth. I will definitely be back to try other things. Thank you!
My favorite coffee shop in town. Such delicious coffee (locally roasted)—drip & cold brew are both great. Wonderful service, the owner is so nice and good at what she does. Very comfortable and special space; cool theme, nice lighting and beautiful vintage furniture. Love it.

My husband and I are from out of town and drove through Springfield on our way up to IN. The inside is a refurbished home from probably the 30’s-40’s and is warm, friendly, and makes you feel nostalgic as hell. I got a gingerbread/hazelnut oat milk latte and it was soooo yummy. Will definitely make Aviatori a stop on our usual route from now on!

Love the decor of the shop. Great place to read while drinking your coffee. The owner and staff are very friendly and I particularly enjoy the Brazilian coffee and pastries they offer.
I mean, they deserve 5 stars for these plane shaped ice cubes alone. :) In all seriousness though, this place is so charming. I had an iced coffee and a Pão de Queijo (Brazilian Roll) and both were scrumptious. I don’t want to give away just how good the Pão de Queijo is with a description that doesn’t do it justice, just know that you will not regret getting it. Can’t wait to go back.
Cute vibe, great drinks made with such care… they actually make lattes correctly here and add such detail to the craft! But very reasonably priced. The owner was so nice and accommodating to our party which included toddlers. I regret writing a good review because I don’t want other people to find out about this awesome spot!

As a Brazilian myself, I love coffee but, after I met Juliana, the owner, I have learned so much about coffee . Love the Cheese bites that they bake there, DELICIOUS. The place is perfect and tastefully decorated. If you haven't been to Aviatori Coffee House yet, you should visit the place. I recommend!

This place is a diamond in the rough!! Fabulous atmosphere, cozy, delicious! The little airplane on the hot chocolate made my day! 😊 loved it!
I instantly felt welcome & cozy. The decor is inventive with beautiful woodwork in this quaint converted house. My cappuccino was perfectly made and all the prices were reasonable. The owner was extremely friendly and gladly answered all my questions. She's also an actual pilot!!!!
