Teas are good. Bing soo is ok. Lots of shaved ice/cereal for 10bucks. I need to remind myself to not go there
Love this place. Just 1 star shy hoping they would consider adding paninis or sandwiches since they're open until midnight. Cafes that open that late in Chicago has food options for people who hang out and stay up late.
I have enjoyed this place, but this last time the watermelon in my bubble smoothie wasn't very sweet and she must have mixed the seeds in the smoothie because there were little pieces in there. They have been better previous visits
Delicious boba drinks! Lots of flavors to choose from. The atmosphere is good. Their service recently has been slower than usual. We've been there on slow and busy days, but they were always fast except during the last few times when it was slow.
Delish! I love the strawberry coconut with tapioca! Totally recommend!
Best boba tea in South Elgin. Taro is their signature drink.
This place looks so cool and has so many comfortable seats. Everything they have here is so so good, but I especially recommend the green tea bubble tea, blended, with extra tapioca. you have to trust me on this it is absolutely AMAZING. 🤌🤌
I love Coffee Haus as this has been a go to place for me since college years! Their Schaumburg location to be more specific. The charm of this place has gone down. Took my niece here in hopes of a good experience. But only to have found hair in my boba. The people there supposedly made me a new boba only to have transferred everything to a different container rather than creating it from scratch! Also, the boba I ordered tasted like metal. 😩🤮
The bubble tea place is really nice and the selection is good but it always takes a really long time to get your order. It looks like they need more than 2 people workin, since one person is on the register , only one makes the orders and there is always a huge line waiting.
My friend and I decided to get boba here. Customer service wasn’t great. On top of that, I got food poisoning from this place. It was the second time my friend got food poisoning from them, so it must be a pattern. This used to be my go to boba place, but not anymore.
I stopped by there today and had a good experience. Place is clean and pretty quick with the orders. I got the coconut bubble tea. Great flavor.
very pleasant environment and I like bubble smoothies. If you guys are in town do try this place. I am coming back for sure :)
the only reason i’m rating them one star is because earlier this week i went to get a bowl of bingsoo to go and there was a hair in it. they also haven’t had brown sugar boba in years which is crazy to me. the quality has been going downhill for a while now too. other than that the staff and ambiance are nice and if it weren’t for everything else i would come again.

This place was so bad i went yesterday and got a thai tea bubble tea and there was a hair in it and they 20 mins when making it.They kept going somewhere in the back and goofing off and laughing. Definitely will not be coming back
There was a long line when we came in, and unfortunately only one person working. She took a lot of orders, but it took 40!!!!!! Minutes for 2 drinks. We watched 4 people leave after not even being waited on because she was so overwhelmed. While we waited, we noticed the dirt and dust everywhere. It was so dirty I used the washroom and it was one of the dirtiest public restrooms I’ve ever used. We should have just asked for a refund, but that probably would have taken even longer. Won’t be returning.
this the one of the best spot! they are super clean & not overly packed! like the one in Schaumburg more space , neat & more faster. Don’t waste your time waiting that line the one in Schaumburg!
I came in and ordered a strawberry bing soo and a milk tea. The milk tea was great, the bing soo was honestly horrific. The second my sister laid eyes on it, she immediately recoiled as she looked at the mess presented to us. It was full to the brim with sweet garbage (literally every topping was shoved in there). She took one sip then handed it to me. I chugged through it, but I gave up and tossed half of it away as I waited in line for Panera. I think this drink tried to gaslight me into liking red beans because whenever I got a red bean, it was covered in fruity pebbles (which they added in despite me not asking at all??). The beans were also so dry I started coughing as soon as I left. Anyways, the place looked nice and the staff was super sweet!! Milk tea is good. Will come back to try something else, but don't ever order the bing soo unless you want diabetes!!!
