Sophie's Cafe in Rock Falls is such a delight! Definitely pop into this place to get a quick bite to eat and a great cup of coffee! Or enjoy a refresher while working at their computer bar! A great spot with great people!
I went with a couple people from work, and the food was lovely, good variety, good flavor. Nice presentation. I knocked service down one star because neither one of my coworkers drinks were very good, possibly how they were made was the issue. The salad bar is lovely, I will go back for that.
LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. I treat myself once a week and get my granddaughter a treat. Staff is wonderful.

Was told by a friend to stop in and check it out and I was not greeted when I walked in stood there for a little while before I was helped I wasn’t sure where to order due to not being there I got a Carmel frappe and it was awful tasted like blended ice milk! With whip cream and Carmel on top 10/10 wouldn’t go back! I also was gonna ask about the menu and other drinks but the lady helping me didn’t seem very interested due to getting a phone call with a big order.
Sophie’s provided a great experience while grabbing breakfast with friends. We even got to enjoy some singing while there by some patrons. Lovely time and great refreshing drink!
Really nice little local coffee place good for light meals.
Expensive and not very good. I wanted a white chocolate frappe and I got a white chocolate iced coffee. Friends coffee he couldn't drink said it was watered down no taste. Won't be going back

The atmosphere here is always nice and peaceful. Clean cute place! The food is great usually. This time though my husband's breakfast sandwich was missing the Bacon that he paid for. The cook dropped the ball on this one i guess, as I was told. But it just caused more waiting for it to be cooked and we always have such little time before my husband had to get back to work so rhat sucked! Lol. 🤦🏽♀️ Also, I may have been overcharged for a delicioso lemon, Blueberry muffin I purchased. The girl thought i had meant one of the jumbo muffins and so already had rang it up as such and then gave me the smaller one i had actually wanted. I figured there'd be a price adjustment but nope! 🤷🏽♀️

Had a breakfast sandwich, coffee and pastry and all was good. I had to run errands by rock falls for two days and the first day made me come back the second day. If im ever back in the neighborhood. I would come back for sure.
Wanted some real food in our trip back from chicago toIows teen found Sophies online we had blue rasberry lemonades a lychee drink smokey mac a grilled cheese and a banana nutella sammie all were AMAZING. We also bought some local handmade pottery and soaps and they woman working was absolutely lovely will be back fo sure.
Glad we made a quick and easy detour off the interstate to get some coffee, tea, and pastries here on our drive. Good selection, including sandwiches. Nice and clean with a large seating area.
If you haven't experienced Sophie's in Sterling and Rock Falls you're really missing out. Never thought a coffee ☕ and sandwich 🥪 shop would be one of my favorite stops but hey when it's good you support it. Awesome place all around from staff to product's being offered.
