Very relaxing atmosphere in down town Peoria to have a cup of really great coffee.
Beautiful atmosphere, delicious food, personable service.
The best coffee shop in town & the season specials is fantastic. I love the ambiance and also the plants near the door. Perfect place to spend joyful time or even work while enjoying the coffee!!
I came here on a field trip and got a couple of things. The first thing I got was a caramelized vanilla bean latte 7/10 and a chia bowl 4/10. Next I got a chai latte from a classmate 10/10. Then I cot the Rakka Coco magic which was a hot coco with mushrooms. It’s probably an acquired taste because it was really weird and earthy 3/10. When I was done with that the owner gave me and my classmates a tour and let us make our own coffee. I made a iced miel latte and it was a 8/10. I heard that the citro was amazing so I got that and it has a very bitter lemony taste but it was a 10/10. All in all I had an amazing time at Zion and would recommend it to everyone.
Delicious! Food was excellent, and the espresso is the best I've ever had. We had the avocado toast and a grain bowl
Delicious and varied food options together with great espresso drinks. Espresso was smooth without bitterness, which mean the grinder and baristas are in top form. Great place if you are looking for something more substantial than Dunkin for an early weekend coffee.
In an era of dying service and wannabe 3rd wave coffee shops, Zion stands out through the clutter of the Midwest as a premier café experience. The design of the cafe is clean and sharp, which contrasts beautifully against the industrial brick warehouse feel of the facade. All the equipment matches, including the dishware. The attention to detail really elevates the experience as you look around at the thoughtful design of everything. The product is solid; you can tell Zion roasts things on the lighter side. But to be frank, I'd rather that than the traditional burnt French Roast I'm pitched as the Roastmaster of other shops.
Absolutely LOVED this adorable coffee shop. Had tons of seating and it was very modern. The prices were too bad either. Loved to see that they were closing early for staff yoga. It was obvious that they care about their employees.
Beautiful coffee shop. Very nicely organized inside. Plenty of seating space. Coffee was amazingly fresh and delicious. They also sell it prepackaged or pre-made in a bottle with their flavors. Food was absolutely delicious. They also sell plants there that were very unique. Very busy on a Sunday morning but great place to come and study too. Restrooms were super clean. This place was just wonderful. Also great for dates as their outside seating area is super cute. Loved this place.
Cool place with comfortable seating areas and a killer chai tea latte. My wife loves the coffee here.
Best cafe outside Chicago in Illinois! Great coffee, great vibes. Brings a little fun to Peoria
Super cute & spacious inside. Ordered an iced chai with espresso 🤌🏽 so good!
Really good coffee. Much prefer it to other options in the area. Definitely an above average coffee shop, worth visiting.
Zion is my new favorite coffee bar in Peoria! The baristas were fast and friendly, my miel latte was DELICIOUS and the Sunrays in Winter seasonal item? SO GOOD. The barista asked that I enjoy it on her behalf, since she's allergic to ricotta, and boy did I! I hope they make it a winter staple, I'll come in every year just to grab one.
Nice atmosphere. My strawberry Danish was probably the best I'd ever eaten. My hot cocoa was perfect. And the staff was cheerful and friendly. I will be returning.
In Peoria for work with a few hours before a meeting and was lucky to find Zion. Great vibe and staff. Terrific pour over coffee. Avocado toast was fabulous with a perfect soft-boiled egg. If I were a local, I'd be here daily.
I was here last week with my mom, just passing through from Indianapolis. Needed something other than Starbucks (gross) so I found Zion. Avocado toast, chia latte (and my mom forced me to buy her a tote bag!) amazinnnnnnnnnngggg. I can’t wait to go back to Illinois specifically to get another chai latte it was the best I’ve had and everyone was nice.
Went for decaf..smelled and tasted like dry hay. Not very impressive for a place that's supposed to have higher quality than a gas station.
Wonderful baristas. They are so helpful and sweet. Space is open industrial style but bright and with lots of plants. Best chai latte I've had in ages.
This place is cute and the latte was great.
