Not giving 5 stars due to the issues we experienced with the wait-list. They offer an app that is supposed to put you on a wait-list which gives you a time when they expect your table to be available. I used the app and was given a time. In the confirmation text, it says you will receive a text when your table is ready. We arrived 20 minutes prior to this time. We had to wait an additional 40 minutes past the time that was in the confirmation text message . The app and text, mention nothing about having to check-in on arrival. When our time came and went, I checked with the hostess and was informed that I should have checked in on arrival. Basically the wait-list iapp does nothing. They put you in the queue when you check-in with the hostess.
Had pancakes and ham that was really good quick service friendly service price was a little high for pancakes I thought that's just my opinion but I would go back it's definitely worth the trip
The food was good but a bit pricey compared to other similar places. One thing I didn’t like was that most meals you had to chose between hash browns, pancakes or toast. Mist would expect the hash browns and or toast to already come with a meal of that price point. To add toast it was $4 and $6 for the others. It was very clean, the staff was friendly and the food was good!
The waiter needed to be a little more attentive. I don't like having to ask for coffee. Maybe silly but when he's standing against the wall for 5 minutes fidgeting, he should be checking on customers. Food was good and atmosphere was great! Definitely going back!
Tried their apple pancakes. Unfortunately, they are a bit too sweet for my taste. I do love their potato pancakes, though!
It was amazing and quiet mostly. Polite staff!
I didn't know there were still open stores. The one we used to go to in Seattle has closed for good.
Worst restaurant when picking a food if ur a delivery driver. You need to bring always ur hot bag to get the food. Whats the point of it if the food is sitting their is for long time and nobody picking it up.
Best breakfast around! Huge portion size which always leaves for breakfast the next day-win!!
The food is always delicious. The staff are so kind and so friendly. The manager Adam, he actually loves his job! It shows, 100%. This is absolutely the best place to eat in Peoria. We always have such fun and wonderful food here. It is a must try for us! The food and the people is why we keep going back.
The pancakes taste like beer batter, everything is overpriced and my coffee cup stayed mostly empty.
We were on a time limit when we came in and Adam made sure we got out on time without inconveniencing anyone else. Seriously fantastic service, and the food was great too.
Met a friend for breakfast, fairly early. They were already getting busy. The food was good, but was shocked at how high the prices were, which I'm sure is everywhere. The service was so so. There were long stretches between a stop by our server. I kept running out of coffee and water. And, I'm sure he was busy, but he had another booth right by ours at which he regularly stopped. I tried to wave him down a few times and he just walked on past. I had my back to the front, so I did not see the people waiting, and they asked us to leave. At least they did it nicely. We should have gotten the hint when they totally stopped coming to see if we needed anything else. As we were walking out, they did open a.large area that had been closed. Maybe they got someone extra to come in to work that area. Anyway, the food was ok, on the cool side when it arrived, but tasty. The last time I was there the server gave me my coffee for free since I am a senior. This guy charged me, and, it's not cheap there for a couple small small cups that don't get refilled. If I go back, I'll not get coffee, ask for a pitcher of water, and time it differently.
Good food, wonderful service! Clean with a nice atmosphere. Will definitely be back!
Went in was seated as we waited our server gave us our drinks we had asked for cream for coffee and continued to wait finally we asked another server for cream continued to wait as we waited our original server seated others a customer after us had ordered received his food before we even got a chance to place our order so we decided to get check and go apparently the server knew we weren't pleased he then came back after we said check and said no charge I wouldn't have asked for check had we received better service but when you seat people after us and continue to take that order before mine doesn't seem as if you have understand FIFO = FIRST IN FIRST OUT I felt some type of racism from a man who had darker pigment then I did and if you judge by skin color my latin friend you so missed out on probably the biggest tip today cause this it was pay it forward day for me so that means automatically a $100 so if you judged us then you so missed out should have given to the white female server whom promptly brought the creamer we had asked you for so from this one experience I wouldn't have even given this establishment 1 star for that type of service I wouldn't speak of this place to my worst enemy 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
Visited Saturday 3/25/23. This place is always busy, but they get you in and out pretty fast. Good coffee, I like the Sausage Scrambler and their house made strawberry sauce for my pancakes. Lots of other excellent choices. - Service was prompt and cordial and more importantly she kept my coffee topped off ;) - Food came out really fast this day but given the crowds your mileage may very given the day. Overall If you don't mind a little wait to get seated this place has an excellent breakfast vibe. It would also be a good place to meet some friends for breakfast because of the energy inside. If you haven't yet give it a try
Busy Saturday morning, wait staff did a great job keeping drinks filled and tables bussed. Very efficient operation! Food was excellent!
