There is NEVER someone there. They are always walking around the mall. I work at the mall every day and it is very hard to catch a time when there is an employee to help anyone with an order. It’s very sad. There are so many times when people wait to be helped and just leave because no one is there.

The cookies are the best. Service is the worse. Should be ashamed to conduct your business in this manner. Smacking teeth, no greeting and tossing cookies on the countertop is unacceptable.
It’s says, “be back in 10” and I’ve waiting 30 min and still no one.
