It was my first time here, and my iced Macchiato was PERFECT! I’m really picky about my coffee, and this was absolutely delicious!

I was third in line at the drive-up on a Saturday afternoon when a cheerful young man came out the back door and took my order so that my drink would be ready when I pulled up to the window and I wouldn't have to wait. He also took the order for the car immediately ahead of me. Very thoughtful and added a nice touch. The young lady at the window was equally pleasant. I honestly would have to say my iced vanilla latte was average. Nothing to rave about but still decent. The Drink Shop in relatively new so with time I expect they will get it down and the quality will improve. So for service 5 stars, quality 3 stars for an average of 4 stars.

Waste of money. I ordered a hot latte, came out lukewarm and tasted like hot milk with a splash of regular coffee. My husband got an iced coffee with Carmel, and it tasted watered down with zero sweetness. Price on the menu for each of our drinks should have been $4.50 ($1.75+$2.75) but we were charged over $10. Also had a wait of over 20 minutes, for just 2 drinks. Just wanted a quick treat after church, but was very disappointed.
