Atmosphere only a 4 because I've done drive thru only. Great drinks lots of good snacking choices . Bubble teas to coffees smoothies. I'd rate this right up there with a Starb--s anyday.
I only went through the drive thru and only ordered drinks..no food this time. Very fast, all drinks were correct, very friendly staff! A+ Next time I'll go inside.
Love the Strawberry Lemonade! Very polite employees as well.
Really enjoyed their selections! The rainbow boba in ginger ale was certainly a family favorite in my household!

They have super cute kiddie drinks that are insanely low priced. The line always moves fast & the staff is incredibly friendly. My little dude loves coming up his own concoctions with the huge variety of flavor shots and boba bubbles!! 🥤🍍🍓🥥🤩❤️

Soft drinks are excellent and if they don't have what you are looking for they do their best to satisfy the consumer
I absolutely love your sweet tea
No matter what drink size I get, I always end up with the wrong size. The staff is hardly ever friendly and seem like they don’t want to be there.

Products are good but the employees so slow and always forget to ask for my number for rewards, messed up my drinks one time and went back to get it right, employees was giving me an attitude like it was my fault. Usually takes up to 15 minutes wait on the drive thru either they’re busy or not.

Cherry limeade is more cherry tasting than lime, also very sweet.
Nice people but their coffee is not very good and it's a decent wait even if there's not a line. Don't add any sweetener. It's waaaaay too sweet.
We tried frappes at the new Ginger’s Ale in Mattoon. It is in the old dry cleaner building. I tried the strawberry cheesecake one. One of the employees told me that they have almond milk which is nice when dairy is not your friend. The employees were very helpful and polite. They also have a shop in Olney and Robinson.
Very kind workers, cheap and amazing drinks and food, but often busy. I make often trips here, I definitely recommend.

Waited forever for a small drink asked for ice filled to top. Got a drink with very littlr icdand an excuse im sorry forgot it needed to go out
