Tried for my first time today 5/25/2023. I recently started going to a daycare close by so I decided to give it a try! Fairly priced, I got a latte and breakfast and its $1.84 cheaper than what I get at Starbucks. The drive thru seems to be Rallys style... there are two! Semi long wait but worth it for super fresh! Employees I encountered were super friendly and I was there at 6:15 am! Latte was a little more bitter than I personally like it to be but will just get extra pumps next time but the coffee flavor was super yummy! Shop local!
Well, the first time we went, we had a good experience. Such a shame, because we went there this morning and the “lady” that took our order was EXTREMELY rude and snapped at us with “I said hang on a second!” My husband is hard of hearing and she talked into the cash register the first time she asked us and he couldn’t hear her. Definitely should not be working with customers in a small business if you are going to treat your patrons that way. There are plenty of coffee shops, just trying to patronize a small business, but we will absolutely never be back.
I tried The Coffee Box for the first time today. I’m super impressed! I got a iced orange crème latte that only cost me $4 at Starbucks that would have been 6 or 7. I also got a breakfast burrito that was huge! I will definitely be back, I’m all about supporting local business in the area!
Awesome iced americanos and service. Be sure to use the Clover app to check in and let them know to click your name, for points. Good quality coffee and food items as well. Good variety of flavors to choose from.
Love love love The Coffee Box!!! I tend to bounce between all the local coffee places but always find myself coming back to them! PLUS they are the only people that i know of in the area that have my lavender syrup! My go to from them has always been a sugar-free vanilla and lavender latte/iced coffee. Their veggie breakfast burrito is also superb, always filling them the most❤️
I love that they have sugar-free options! We are always willing to support small businesses. They also have a rewards program which is great! The wait can be a little long at times, but the staff is always friendly. They make a great fruit parfait too!
The coffee shop ran out of chai and the offensive sailor is really bad. I got the veteran and it was just awful if I'm being honest. Would not recommend.
The coffee here is very good! It is also very consistent.
Great place for a coffee and quick light breakfast. Everything is made to order so it takes a bit longer than fast food. But, the drive thru is convenient and the servings are delicious. My go to is an Americano and a breakfast sandwich.
If you like your coffee a little on the sweeter side you'll have to ask for sugar or sweetener, the white chocolate didn't make mine sweet enough. I have a 50/50 chance that it normally does. Though good coffee
I keep saying - THE BEST cappuccino you have access to! The word "crafted" is so overused, except when describing our very own Coffee Box. Work your way through the menu, these wonderful folks offer up some real delights, made with pride in their craft. So affordable - leave big tips so we don't lose this treasure!
So glad I found this place while passing through. Amazing food, supreme service, just all around great.
We love having a great local coffee shop so close to home. The lattes are great and the breakfast burritos are one of our favorite things ever. Of course there’s room for improvement (wait times and quality control, but that’s typical with a small staffed business), but we almost always have a great experience here and TCB will continue to have our business.

Way better than Starbucks, and well worth the stop. Top notch coffee and great food (I love the breakfast sandwich and coffee cake). The baristas are energetic and extremely helpful and friendly. I’ll recommend it to all my friends and family!
I always stop here when I'm in the area. The staff is so friendly -- once they even had to jump my car in line when my battery died! The prices are sooo reasonable and the food and drinks are delicious. I love the orange chocolate iced latte, but everything I've had is great!
Veteran owned business that makes great drinks and made to order breakfast items. The wait is worth it!
Love coming here. Personalized service I feel connected to the barristas. Kids love getting milk steamers and prefer it to Bobbby's!
Always amazing coffee & breakfast! I’ve tried a few different iced and hot lattes with different flavors and they’re always so good. Better than the big coffee chain. They also have different breakfast and bakery options like burritos, breakfast sandwiches and cakes. I never miss an opportunity to come to The Coffee Box when I’m im town. The staff is super friendly and helpful too.
I could not recommend this place enough. The workers are some of the kindest human beings ever and the coffee and tea is delicious. This place has been a welcome addition to Maryville and will continue to be my go to coffee place.
