Inviting atmosphere. Great food. But you order at the counter and clear your table yourself.

So glad this cafe exists! It’s the only place in the entire county to get a good well done cafe-style latte. I lived in NYC and LA, and cafes are everywhere that you really don’t need to go to Starbucks or Dunkin unless you need it fast and in a hurry, but of course their drinks are machine made and mass produced. Stefari Cafe does it the right way! Plus, they have a beautiful space with a ton of natural light which is great in the gloomy cold winters.
A nice lil spot downtown Kankakee. Got just a coffee but the food they had looked pretty solid too. Next time I’m town will definitely check out this local coffee shop!
Phenomenal. On par with some of my favorite cafes elsewhere. Kankakee needs more like this! As I have gone on to visit other parts of the us and other countries, I realize what a gem stefari is. Super thankful we have this as it is definitely in my top 10% favorite coffee shops.

Fantastic coffee shop. Fantastic vibe. Hip, casual, clean, and friendly place for all ages. I loved the fresh baked goods, breakfast, and coffee options. The drip coffee was excellent. Nice setting in an old building downtown Kankakee. Great spot for a quick coffee, a bit, meeting, or some remote working. The best coffee in the county!
Quality coffee shop with unique latter flavors, foods items, and excellent ambiance. Stefari is located inside the Majestic Building in the heart of Kankakee.
