The Smoothies & Blenders are my favorite. Some of the ice latte can be water down but overall great drinks for the price.
I just want to say that I look forward to going to this location specifically on my way to work every morning. The hiring manager hit the nail on the head with every single hire at this location! There is a gentleman with blonde hair and a woman with black hair that help me most times that make me feel like I am family. All of the employees are super friendly, excited to be at work, and make the entire process from ordering to the pick up line FUN and EASY! They work it outside when they hold the signs, and make you feel the NEED for coffee, even if you werent going to stop. Today, they were having a party for the car behind me that struggled with how to say Acai correctly and I loved that they took the time to help him with his pronunciation while being encouraging and supportive! You rarely see employees with the zest that this location has and it is so amazing to witness at every visit! I always tip when I can, and appreciate the joy I receive by seeing them! Keep Up the good work guys! <3

This location is great! I always get delicious coffee exactly how I ordered it, except for the one time they mistakenly added whip. The line always goes quickly, and the staff usually seems friendly. I do wish prices were a little lower, but they are similar to other coffee shops. I love the wide variety of drinks. I'm happy to have a Scooters similar to the ones I loved in other states.
The coffee is amazing and the person at the drive thru was so polite i highly recommend them ☺️
The hotel coffee was horrible so needing a coffee fix we stopped at Scooters on our way out of town. WOW! Amazing to get great coffee and wonderful customer service.

Today, after stopping in to the Fairview Heights Scooters for an iced coffee and opting to tip the barista at their request (my mistake), I was handed my coffee. It was double-cupped, which I thought was odd initially, but thanked the barista and left. After getting home, I realized my coffee neither had ice, nor was cold. It was lukewarm and watered down. I rarely offer reviews unless the service is astounding...so I think this will be the only poor review I've given to date. I liked the idea of a new coffee shop in the area, but I think I'll just stick with Bread Co. I wonder if the O'Fallon one is any better.
What i love abt this place is when they say, Scoot on down and the coffee.
The app needs to be improved. I ordered an item on the app and the store did not have it on hand. We asked for a refund and the store told me to request the refund on the app, the customer service line told me to request the refund through the store. So now I’ve paid for an item I never received.

First time visiting--staff was super friendly and patient. They explain what was in a drink/give you great recommendations (speaking as someone who doesn't normally get coffee)! Strong espresso flavor which was really nice!
Got the Salted Caramelicious blended in a large. A little pricey @$7 but not bad. I'm sure I'll be back through. It was yummy. 🙂
