Great selection of coffee creations.
They have outstanding coffee and I only drink black. Went back to buy some more beans for the house. Also had some matcha concoction that was good , impulsive order but to each his own. Going back over and over again

Amazing atmosphere. The rustic feel of this place is nothing like I've ever seen. Also the food and drinks were pretty good.

This place is a MUST for any coffee lover. I’ve had coffee all over the world and I will say this truly has the best coffee EVER. High Five Mocha hot coffee was literally the best cup of coffee I’ve ever had in my life
Ideal for group gathering around West Loop. You could both find coffee and beer at their best/sort.

This is my go-to cafe when I'm downtown and some days I'll even venture from the suburbs to get a drink here. The iced high five mocha with oatmilk and hot chai with oatmilk are my favorites and the cold brew Jasmine tea is also superb as well. Staff are great, friendly, and super consistent with their quality. Lovely interior as well, haven't seen anything else like it from any cafe I've been to
Danny and Nancy are exceptional bartenders Very engaging, happy and helpful! I watched them SHOW complete class and PROFESSIONALISM toward a rude customer they smiled and still gave them the best service. I APPRECIATE THAT TYPE OF COMPASSION AND DEVOTION TO THE JOB!! BRAVO!! They are Gems I'll be back again and again!!

The absolute best coffee shop in Chicago. The baristas are terrific and the drinks are always incredible.
We saw this place on instagram and wanted to try it out. Did paid street parking. This place is really unique. The vibe is perfect. In addition to coffee there is a bar in the center and also a place to order meats and sandwiches.
Yummy yummy yummy. The pastries are huge and around 4 each but it’s worth for size and how filling they are. The matcha with the shot of espresso was the highlight, the location is also super cool. Good vibes!

Cool grunge and great coffee. They take it seriously here and then locals sit for hours, play cards, work on laptops - the usual. Expect a long line though. Had a quad latte - was spot on!
The high five mocha is probably top 3 favorite lattes of all time for me. Orange zest is a fantastic flavor combination, and I’ve started to see this explored in other coffee shops. Love coming here if I’m in the area.
I got the military latte and the matcha old fashioned. Both were delicious and the latte was craftily made. Sawada is a great place to hang out or study. It does get packed on Saturday mornings so you might have to scavenge to find a place to sit. One piece of feedback is that I wish there were more explanations on what’s in their lattes because it was my first time going and I just randomly ordered. There were other people in line that were also confused by their latte names.
