I love the vibe at Ridman’s - it’s a place where everyone seems welcome and the seating is comfortable and spacious. It’s definitely worth dining in if you have the time but also worth going a bit out of your way for great coffee (and gluten free treat options!) to go.

The entire staff is nice and super patient with customers. Great drink and snack options. Ample seating but they do get busy. Cute shop where you can grab a quick sip or spend some time and chill.

This is one of the cutest coffee shops I’ve ever been too! They have a banana flavored coffee that actually tastes like fresh bananas, gluten free pastries and it’s run by the Chicago Reader’s 2023 Best Barista?! How is there not a line out the door every day? The friendliest staff, cute vibes and amazing coffee has made me a customer for life!
Ridman's is such a gem! They have amazing coffee as well as non-coffee drink options, tasty treats, a really comfortable and cozy atmosphere AND Danielle and Ryan (owners) are super down-to-earth, welcoming, and just down right cool! They also have pop-up markets with really awesome local vendors- definitely recommend checking them out!
Ryan is the best barista! Very creative and knowledgeable, and makes beautiful drinks to taste. Love Ridman’s commitment to community too.

I would say Ridman’s is well above other nearby options like Dollop or Colectivo in terms of the quality of their espresso drinks. These baristas really know how to make a latte! Perfectly silky smooth every time.
Excellent coffee, great environment, and friendly service sum up this place. Every time I come here it's a great experience. There is plenty of seating, great lighting due to the large windows and corner location, and the employees are very friendly and helpful.

I came here and was excited. I asked for a dirty chai latte. He asked hot or cold. I said hot. I was never read back my order. I got a cold chai. When I said I said hot, no apology. They made my replacement quickly. However there is a difference in price between the two. In remaking it they didn’t even upgrade the size. (Iced is 24 ounces). I paid 15 dollars for a crossaunt and 12 ounce dirty chai, which is just ridiculous. Ambiance is nice. But I won’t come back due to the customer service. They could have at least offered something for their mistake.
An unpretentious, friendly neighborhood coffee shop. While I sat and sipped, a regular came in just to say hello to the baristas. Seems like a good place to sit and get some work done. I enjoyed the coffee of the day, whatever it was. Really, I can’t say anything bad about a place where you DON’T have to spend $6 for a simple cup of coffee. I will be returning soon!

The internet used to be slow, but the workers are not. They remembered my order the need time I went in.
Really wonderful staff and incredibly drinks. The seating includes a couch and a few soft chairs in addition to regular tables which were plentiful but spaced out enough that you could work or converse without being disturbed by conversations happening around you. They clearly care about what they're doing here and the staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful.

Coffee was very good and I had a fantastic fig and walnut danish pastry. Great seating area and really good people watching in the morning hours.
