One of my favorite coffee stops in Chicago. Dairy free options. Plenty of seating to sit and chat or work.
If you Love Coffee, If you support Chicago local business, then this is a place not to missed. The atmosphere is always perfectly clean. The Music is flowing, I'm always discovering new sound for my play list. It in door nd out door. Plus if you don't feel like sits it's a 12 minute walk to the lake. Also don't miss out on Tuesday coffee bean deals! Tell the BadMonkeyKing sent you.
The worst coffee ever. I ordered two cappuccino, it tasted awful, I even didn’t finish that small cup. Never back again.
Elated to enjoy class in-shop. I was happy to exchange sniffs, smells, sips, and conversations. A fantastic in-depth discussion over the influences and distinctions of coffee, their commitment to equity and fair trade, and the history behind these revelations. Class included two fresh cups of hot coffee and a bag (your choice) of their whole bean coffee. I would consider taking the class again.
Spacious and good coffee. It was a beautiful day to sit outside.
I came in on Tuesday and the service here was great. I needed some help choosing a coffee for home, and Nathan was so amazing. I'll definitely be back!
Coffee and pastries are pretty good yet a little pricey. The customer service though is abismal.
Nice place with cute tea pods!
LOVE the Avena Latte! Great place to meet or work from home in the morning!
Good coffee but the price is kinda ridiculously high.
We LOVED the Turmeric Tonic tea and the Americano. Service was excellent. Only drawback, two bathrooms...one out of service and the other was occupied for 25 minutes! We gave up and went to Mariano's!
I don’t normally do bad reviews, but I really feel this place is over-hyped. Staff is always a bit off-putting, and coffee is overpriced. They have a nice selection of interesting drinks, though!
Great place to have a coffee and study or work. There are many seats with plugs available and the atmosphere is very chilled.
Medium sized cozy coffee bar. Consistently good coffee. 4.50 for a regular coffee + the first refill in a carafe. Drinks besides the coffee of the day are made to order, so you may wait a bit. On Broadway, so vehicle parking may be difficult to find.
Intelligentsia has very good coffee, and is a great place to bring your laptop and work. That's what most people were doing here, working. In addition, there are a couple of large tables if you have a group. The food choices are very limited. I ordered a ham croissant. It was good, but not what I expected as I thought it might be warmed up, and not much ham. The prices are a bit pricey. The service was excellent.
Preferred this location to the one in Wicker Park. I come down from Wisconsin and usually buy online. Wicker Park in July turned me off so much I went back to buying Wonderstate from Viroqua in Wisconsin. My experience at this location was so good I bought 4 12 oz bags of coffee. MY ONLY COMPLAINT: NO HEAVY CREAM for ketogenic people.
Super excited and proud to have an IBEW union affiliated coffee shop in this area. Great coffee. Superb cold brew. Excellent, represented service!
My favorite place to study. Busy coffee shop but there is always plenty of seating if you need a latte and a place to study. Outlets galore.
Really solid joint! They have it all and in a welcoming atmosphere. The coffee is solid and the service amazing.
$7 for an iced red eye. I was too stunned to speak and ended up just paying for it. In looking back on it, I’m confident I was bamboozled and I would like intelligentsia to defend their pricing structure. Am I ordering wrong? Any suggestions because at these prices my coffee habit is unsupportable.
