Crammed. Definitely a little crammed for the line to get food and drinks. I think they might need another barista for the morning shift because honestly they seemed stretched thin. I had a bagel and a Chai but the wait was enormous. Not a bad place to work but so many people sit and work at this Dollop I'm not exactly sure if it really is a good place to work. Seating is kinda awkward with either very high tables, or very short tables. Again, not sure how they did it but it it does have a bit of charm still. I'd reccommend looking elsewhere because the children from Walt Disney (who even have a warning to not enter the back) seem with all of the space to turn the space into an even more crowded space. Not a bad place to get a coffee but not really good for peak hours either.
Very cozy atmosphere. My cortado was pretty good, and the turkey sandwich on everything bagel was DELICIOUS. I am coming back for that sandwich alone
Favorite neighborhood coffee shop! Dream Team roast is the best in the city. Would love if they added eggs to their menu (even if a frozen egg disc for bagel sandwiches).
Great local coffee place. However, there is something pretty hypocritical about having all these progressive signs, stickers, etc, but then having a “no cash” policy. In Uptown. That’s an exclusionary, inequitable policy. I’m updating my rating to 3 stars. (But if you go, get the Mexican chocolate latte and try the donuts)

Great shop. Hard to find seating with everyone on their laptops. Coffee was absolutely delicious and the Danish I had was fine
I come here all the time. Love it. My only complaint is that they are always out of the dang bagels if you come in the afternoon! These are my favourite bagels in Chicago AND they have vegan cream cheese. I have shed many a tear for arriving too late. 😭 Also they have Beacon vegan doughnuts which I'm a huge fan of.💕👌🏽
Best bagels in Chicago but they are often out, sometimes as early as 11:30 🤷♂️ business 101 surely, if you keep running out, just stock more. Lost our business on many occasions because of this.
Love this place! Their coffee and teas are excellent and not crazy overpriced like some other coffee shops. It’s a good environment for getting work done, although the WiFi occasionally goes out (maybe too many people using it). Staff is very friendly.
Had a delicious breve latte that was rich enough that I didn't need any sugar. It also paired well with a raisin scone.

Staff gets it done, makes a mean mocha, and the paper towel dispenser gives out an ample amount in the bathroom.
One of my favorite coffee shops in the city! Super great environment and really good drinks. Recommend the Almond Joy latte :)
