Went today for my very first time and I understand that it was the last hour but they should never sacrifice service to try and finish for the day it was around 6pm and I ordered a cheesecake and a matcha chiller, the person that helped me didn’t hear me because she was talking to a coworker while taking my order I had to say it 3 times I asked if the matcha was strong (taste) and she said it’s a matcha and said something to her coworker and laughed then she proceeded to ask me if I wanted caramel syrup on it I was so confused why would I want that on my matcha I said to myself then as I took the first sip it tasted nothing like matcha and almost pure sugar and caramel taste why would a matcha taste like caramel I was very upset with my first experience. Do not recommend.
The food looked great
The staff here are always so warm and nice. It makes for an enjoyable experience. My favorite chiller is the caramel coconut macadamia nut one. The menu has plenty of options, even for non-coffee drinkers. Their merch/mugs are always fun to look at.

I drink a whole large chiller
Staff was super helpful and kind. I had never tried the coffee here before so I asked the cashier what their favorite drink was, they listed a million different drinks haha. I loved their bubbly personality, and enthusiasm. It looked like the staff really enjoyed working there and it makes me feel like it'll be the best coffee ever. I have a chocolate allergy, but that was definitely not a problem. I tried a pistachio with coffee base type of cooler? It was like a frappe type of consistency, since I'm not quite sure what it was called on their menu, but it was delicious.
Great coffee. My 5 yr old always gets the chocolate cake when we go.

I did not get anything this time but I always found the coffee to be overpriced and underwhelming. Nice cups though.
Omg yes I know it's a coffee shop but you guys have to try the Pina colada 😩. It was soooooo good. I've had Pina colada's before, but this, this beat it all. Absolutely 10/10. Also try the pistachio chiller and oreo/mocha chiller. Really good!
