Great food and service. Needs to be open longer. We would eat there more but can't always make it before they close at 2.

Rail delivers consistent quality and customer service. The baristas are always friendly, even at peak times. The food is always delicious. The drinks are fantastic and creative. 10/10 will come back and it might be again today.
I have been going to Rail for about a year now and I absolutely love the experience! It is the best coffee shop around to get any drink you can think of and amazing food. Whenever you are in Centralia you NEED to visit Rail Coffee Room!!
It's a very open space with an amazing crew. The aura of the place is nothing like any place around!!! Great food and amazing drinks all made and prepped by you're favorite baristas!!!
RAIL Coffee Room will be the only breakfast place I visit when I’m in town from now on! Hazelnut Latte was decadent and the Berry Nice to Meet You bagel breakfast sandwich exceeded my expectations! The bagels are so delicious!! I will be a repeat customer!
What a joke. People around here don't even act nice when you're paying for something. I was greeted after 5 mins with a "what do you want?" Then when I finally got my $7 chai with oat milk, it was literally steamed milk. So disappointing.

A unique gem in Downtown Centralia. Great atmosphere and the menu just gets better and better. We recommend them to all out of town guests at the Best Western Plus Centralia Hotel and Suites as a must-see! We have lunch meetings there as well for the hotel, Rosati’s and Subway. It is quiet enough, but not too quiet for conversation.
Coffee - excellent. Savory - excellent. Sweet - excellent. Always well executed.

Very unique place to eat. Food was delicious, and artistically served. Dining atmosphere was pleasant, and inviting. Staff was friendly and food was served in decent time.
The coffee drinks are very good, and the food options I had - avocado and egg on bagel as well as ham and cheese sandwich - were also very good. Prices are competitive with what you would spend at Starbucks… the nearest of which is 30 minutes away in Mt Vernon … far better coffee room to sit and drink coffee at the Rail.
