Went to drive thru and ordered and paid for the new bacon avocado tomato sandwich, went home and opened the box to find a single slice of bread with guac and piled with tomatoes. Not what I ordered.

Usually friendly Staff, but one lady was super standoffish and not friendly at all. When I tried to tell her about the dunkin members reward, a free breakfast sandwich with a purchase of a medium drink for reward members she was unwilling and tried to give me a hard time. Didn't get her name, but was middle age? With brown hair and dark eyes. Definitely the unfriendliest staff I've encountered at that location.
I enjoy visiting this Dunkin Donuts location. I usually get a large iced or hot coffee.

Gave me attitude when they got my order wrong complained about remaking it then sent me on my way with the wrong coffee will not be back
Not a huge fan of the new salted caramel syrup. The Brown sugar was so yummy hope they bring that flavor back!!
The best dunkin in kankakee county. I'm addicted to dunkin 😂 so I literally have gone to every one. Though only one of them I've had negative experiences at, they're all pretty good. I prefer this one because not one single time have they messed my order up. Even better is they know me by name and know my order, so most of the time they tell me good morning/afternoon Kat and ring me up. It's great and the drinks and food never disappoint. Staff is very friendly and it's always so clean. They run a great crew over there no matter the time or day. Keep up the hard work, it doesn't go unnoticed 😘
