My toddler and I have a standing appointment at the library once a week, and it always ends with a trip to Flyleaf. Their homemade goods are so good, and made with so much love.

Amazing cafe with Batavia Library. I loved the Fox Spice chai latte, an original creation of Colleen. A must visit!!

If you love tea and tasty treats, this is the place for you. This cafe is inside the library, but the quality is of that of a stand-alone establishment. They are a full service coffee bar but their tea selection is outstanding. So many places do not pay enough attention to tea. Food includes a variety of bakery goods, super cute gourmet sandwiches, and soup. I had the 16 bean and ham soup today and it was amazing. They also have a variety of gluten-free and vegan options. I would come here even if I weren’t going to the library.

If every library had a cafe this incredible, I’d never leave the library. Or the cafe. The gluten-free selection is probably one of the best I’ve encountered in a cafe that isn’t run by someone who is celiac. The available coffee/latte flavors had some classics like hazelnut or vanilla, but also some broader flavors as well. I am guilty for ordering the pumpkin spice latte, because I like it. They also have a variety of non-dairy milk options for people who can’t/don’t drink milk. The space has some fun art and the service was great. I would love to be able to make this my regular coffee stop if I were local.

Adorable bakery in the library. I wasn't a big fan of thr tortilla soup but their baked goods were very good! Fair pricing and great variety for kids and adults

This is Batavia’s best bakery!!! I literally just go to get baked goods from muffins to cookies to breads, each item is baked to perfection and melts in your mouth. So many great and fresh options daily to choose from and wonderful flavors. Visit this hidden gem!!! You’ll fall in love.

A great place for fresh food and coffee. Their baked goods are absolutely incredible, and their soups and wraps are top notch. Besides having such delicious food, they’re very friendly and a great local business. A great place to sit in and have lunch or a drink, but also easily accessible if you’re on the go and need a quick caffeine refill. Their sugar cookies are a national treasure.

Stopped in and enjoyed a delicious peanut butter cookie with the extra perk of added M&Ms! The interior of the café looks great, and I will definitely be back! -Robert

I wouldn't call this a bakery, it's a coffeeshop that bakes thier own treats. Small space, what they do is well done but definitely not a bakery. I purchased a quick bread - tastes, good, but center was not completely baked and center of loaf had fallen in a bit. For $5 I'm not impressed. I can see the convenience of having a coffee as you walk in the library

The cafe is open once again!! Had a delicious coffee, snack, and homemade pastry to take home. Anne makes all the sweets herself. My latte was exceptional and I can't wait to dig into this apple strudel loaf 👏👏
