I get my coffee every morning here before work, I recommended this place to my husband who is picky and he said it was some of the best coffee he's had. The ladies in the morning are super friendly and down to earth as well. Can't say enough good things!
Tuesday, May 2nd, 2023, 01:30 PM- Twin Falls, Idaho store; after handing the cashier my debit card at the drive inn window, she asked me if I'd like to put the tip on the card. I said: "wow, I can't believe you just blatantly solicited me for a tip!", and I always tip appropriately to excessively - $3.00, sometimes $4.00 in cash, along with the purchase of a small cup of coffee. Needless to say; I was insulted by the solicitation... and I will never, ever spend a dime at the Human Bean again.
Best customer service all of the ladies who work there are awesome coffee is good. Friendly service. I’m there at least once a day most days twice a day.
Love this place & their coffee! They girls there are all very friendly especially Sadie!! she is my favorite!! She has beyond amazing customer service!

Add some cozy to your day with a yummy coffee from The Human Bean, and add some sunshine to your day with Miranda’s bright smile and cheerful personality! (Thanks for a fun coffee stop!) The delicious chocolate covered espresso beans on each drink are the proverbial ‘cherry on top’! I had one of their specials: A Muddy Mocha. It was delicious, but next time, I’ll have them make it a little less sweet. This is my sister’s go-to coffee drive-through, and might be mine if my daily commute wasn’t in the other direction.
Always friendly. Always fast. My drink comes out right and if not, they’ll fix it without complaining! Prices are best for this area too! It’s my home cafe!

The girls at The Human Bean are so great! Friendly, happy and always willing to help. They remember when I’m there on Wednesday I’m heading to quilt for Quilts of Valor. So happy you’re one the south side of town! Great coffee!

I was excited to hear when Human Bean was coming to Twin. When I lived in N Vegas I would go there all the time. Sad to say but this place does not even compare. Every time I go the customer service is awful. It's rare to get them to say Hi to you or thank you. On top of it the drinks are made awfully. The last drink I right I had asked the girl why the drink was already completely melted and not blended at all she just looked at me and said have a good day and closed the window.. so like every time previous I just ended up throwing the drink away. I have tried giving this place a chance, I will come back every few months hoping that maybe there is new crew who will care about making the drinks better and have good service but nope each time its the same. Save yourself the $ and go to a coffee shop that cares about their drinks and their customers.

Drinks are pretty good. The staff is treated horribly by the franchisee. These kids deserve better than the working for a dishonest boss!
This the place to go if you have to wake up at "0" dark hundred in the morning and need a wake up lift on your way to work. Their selections is comparable to Starbucks. The best part is you are greeted with a positive energy and friendly smile.
