Best coffee shop and best tea. Always happy
"Hey bro, is that tip that's on there enough or did you want to add more?" I pay with the app and have automatic tipping set up. If I can afford a coffee, I can afford a tip, right? I have never in my entire life either asked for a larger tip or been asked for a larger tip. I just honestly didn't think that was something anyone would ever do.
Gave them another chance after a couple times of not getting my order right. Ordered a blended picture perfect Cookie and it was so delicious. Still can't stand them asking me a hundred questions in line, but today wasn't so bad with that!
Atmosphere is great but when rhry change schedules for employees the wait time has tripled
We have been to so many dutch bros in several states, and it's amazing how they maintain the standard of speedy service and upbeat friendly staff despite how busy they always are. I'll forever be a Dutch bros fan. Last time, I even got half birthday rewards through the app, which just made my day, haha.
I was pretty disappointed, I used to have dutch a lot in Vancouver Washington and loved all the drinks I got. Although I drove here on a football game trip and was extremely excited to have dutch since there's not one in Montana. I got the double torture and it was way to strong as if they didn't put any vanilla in it at all. It was much darker than usual also. I ended up having to stop on the road to put creamer in it since it only tasted of black coffee. Wouldn't recommend this location.

Ah I love this place so much and the drinks never disappoint me. I always have a hard time choosing what I want so I just ask them to surprise me and it never disappoints

If you go in the morning, be prepared to sit and wait and wait and wait, especially on Saturday morning, even left early this morning to get some before work and get some. Won't probably be going back.
Twin Falls Poleline location needs more help at 5:00 pm. Waited over 20 minutes in line and then when I got my coffee it was not hot!
I’m literally there all the time, I can’t believe I haven’t left a review yet. Absolutely love this place, never had a bad experience there, even when they get drinks wrong they’re super nice about it. Everyone is super friendly, always a good time.
I love my iced coffee! Lines can be long but they have runners so the wait isn't to bad.
People mock Starbucks for their cheap coffee. Atleast it's not watered down. I have a lot of experience over the past year and a half with dutch. Starting my first job back then dutch was near by and gave me the ability to ask my cowork for coffee when she went on her lunch. I didn't mind their coffee and still done to this day. It's fine. It's cheap and if you expected greatness your missing the point. It's really mid coffee that can be just right on a cold day outside. But overall it's not my go to coffee. I would recommend this if you are out and about and just want a coffee that won't have you break the bank, while you also don't care as long as it's a decent drink.

Omg, not only is the 6 dollars for a small drink high, but the 20 minutes wait is not fun, then first thing that pops up is 20% tip..... for what? They dont do any work. A machine does it. Then 20 minutes later you make it to the window , guess what. A big ol tip bucket. Wth, . Long story short. Waste a gallon of gas in line, waste 6 dollars for a small drink. Have to tip because they handel something that goes into your mouth then see another tip box. All said and done . Lets see. Tip, drink,tip, tip, gallon of gas, rude customer service. 20 dollar's for a small drink. Sums it up people.
Waited in line for 15 mins along with 3 other oeople this morning at 5:20am and no one was there. Disappointed as I was late for work.
